It was an absolute joy to stay here. Deborah is an excellent host, and Teddy is a lovely dog. The room is clean, tidy, and perfectly fitted out and bed very comfy. Having ice-cold beers in the mini fridge was perfect, considering the hot weather, to come back to. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and being Deborah's guinea pig in order to taste test the variety of sausages and the pancake recipe. I would recommend Pepper House to everyone. It's in a perfect central position, and everything is a short walk away (the market square, Castle and pub's)

Delightful host, Debbie. So welcoming. Very friendly, loveable dog, Teddy. Nothing was too much trouble. Clearly out to please her guests. Character accommodation. Extremely comfortable with added feature of cosy lounge area within bedroom which included a well stocked mini fridge. Spacious bathroom. Fantastic location in town centre. Easy walk everywhere. Wonderful breakfast, which will set you up for the day. Accommodation is on the first floor with a stair lift available if required. For a b&b break to explore Ludlow, look no further. Lots of eateries close by. Thoroughly enjoyed our break.

My partner and I had a fabulous three-night stay at Pepper House. Deborah gave us excellent parking advice ahead of our arrival and was there to greet us and show us how everything worked. The room is a good size and very comfortable, and the bathroom is well appointed. Loved all the original features of this charming property. The breakfasts each day were wonderful - lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, bread and pastries, plus eggs, bacon, pancakes... We couldn't have wished for better.

The street outside was a bit noisy on occasions, but we did have the window open.

We couldn’t have asked for more. Deborah was a perfect host and went the extra mile with everything. The room was renovated to a really high standard, with every tea option you could imagine , comfy chairs to relax in, a fridge with little treats in. The breakfast choices were superb- we could have had anything we wanted and so nicely cooked and presented. In the bathroom there was a basket of anything you may have forgotten- toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, deodorant, shower gel etc etc. couldn’t recommend this enough. Deborah even made us a picnic to take with us. Her and her little dog Teddy were just lovely. Keep smiling Deborah- you brighten your guests day ❤️

Pepper House is a quaint and characterful home in the heart of Ludlow. The space was wonderful, warm, fresh bedding and brand new pillows that were comfortable to sleep on! Deborah was a wonderful host and goes above and beyond for her guests. We loved the homemade cake and goodies in the room and bathroom. Plenty of bath towels, toiletries if you’d forgotten anything. We enjoyed the ample breakfast each morning, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurts, pastries, cooked breakfast, toast, bread rolls, juices and more! Teddy the dog will be missed, he is a little sweetheart. Thank you again for everything!!

Everything was great from the time I arrived at the property. The building was fab and the room was the same. Very spacious and very comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches you don't find in many B and B's from the different types of tea and coffee, plenty of snacks and even cake from a local shop. Deborah made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived . The breakfast was exceptional and Deborah went out of her way to provide anything I needed during my stay including advice on places to go and visit. My first visit to Ludlow, but I will definitely be returning in the summer and hope to stay here again. Fantastic host, great accommodation and great location in the centre of Ludlow,

Fantastic stay, beautiful room and perfect location.

This was an exceptional find we loved our stay at Pepper House from start to finish. The room was immaculate and finished to a very high standard, and it had everything we needed to make our to stay memorable. No detail had been had be overlooked. Deborah, our host (not forgetting Teddy, her beautiful Cocker Spaniel) couldn't do enough for us. Her breakfasts were delicious, with a great range of choices. We would highly recommend Pepper House it is central to the town centre in Ludlow, and all that this historical city has to offer.

Everything was fab, it looked great on the website and was even better in real life! The house itself is gorgeous and the room is so comfortable and spacious, you really feel at home. Having a living area with armchairs in front of the telly is nice as you can make the most of enjoying the room itself without having to sit on the bed the whole time and if there’s two of you you don’t feel in each other’s way all the time! There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the property even down to the playing cards in the bedroom and the paracetamol in the bathroom, no detail has been overlooked. Deborah is a fantastic host, she clearly loves what she does and wants you to love it too, so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is wonderful and will really set you up for the day. Great location for exploring Ludlow with everything you need on your doorstep.

Just fantastic a lovely quirky building with many features ! Room fab - more like a living area to be honest - the little nik naks in the room that extra touch not had before to that extent - a real GEM !! Great for us location wise as attending a concert in the castle - perfect Debbie the hostess goes above and beyond The breakfast was the best ever!!!! So much to choose from caters for every dietary requirement Will defo be going again !!!
