the location was great for twickenham stadium being our venue for the night. the parking was a good, and a welcome surprise for the area in London. the room was clean, quiet and private. contact from sleeplicity before arrival was brilliant and having that contact prior to our stay was very appreciated and helped with the travel, planning and ensuring the whole round trip was smooth and stress free. *on arrival “Jason” the concierge was exceptionally polite, professional and could not be more friendly and explained the facility in detail and very well. we felt at ease and welcomed. this was a pleasant start to our stay. we found the small touch of Jason preparing our beer order, from the fridge and on the table ready to drink after a long journey and unpacking. excellent air conditioning unit in the room was amazing and during this time of year, especially during the hot evenings and nights!

tea and coffee facility was a little lacking, being a couple that enjoys a cup of tea a few times a day. we would have enjoyed a mini fridge to put some fresh milk in that we could have purchased locally and stored in the room, plus we could have purchased some drinks to keep them cool. there was not really anything to complain or feel unsatisfied about, the above regarding drinking facilities is a very small gripe with an all together positive stay.

A very clean and easy 11 room hotel created from a detached house and its gardens. The in room air chiller/conditioner was fantastic.

I stayed in room 8 which is on the second floor and in the roof. The room is one of the largest in the hotel but the slope of the ceiling restricted the usable space. The ensuite in room 8 is very small with shower, basin and w/c crammed in. There was not enough space for me (or anyone) to stand at the basin and wash with the door closed.

Comfortable enough and as described. Parking was easy, some snacks and drinks available, everything you need for a short stop over. Staff nice and available, easy to check in. There are some nice communal areas and it's in relatively quiet street. Very good value.

Rooms unlock by entering a code and each button press beeps. So every time another guest comes back it's "beep beep beep". Lucky no real late night disturbance. Its also a converted house with all the creeks and noises that entails. The location is slightly harder to find than you'd expect and is a residential street.

Close to train station, 5 mins walk to superstore/mall/eating places. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Spotless room and bathroom, modern decor, same for communal areas. Room was at the back, so very quiet. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Vending machines for cold/hot snacks and drinks in reception. Doors are key-pad controlled so no need for keys or long-winded check-out. Excellent free wifi.

There are 4 on-site parking spaces at the front of the house, allocated on a first come, first served basis but apparently off-site parking is also available. If coming by car, note that the building is a converted townhouse (and still looks like one), located on a bend and the signage is so discrete you'll be past it in an instant! These are not dislikes, just things to be aware of since there isn't a comments section.

The staff were exceptional, especially Cherry who made us so welcome and was always friendly and smiling! Loved the coffee and tea facility in the foyer and the vending machine which proved invaluable. It was a lovely touch!

Although the location was perfect and just a short walk from Feltham High Street, the front of the hotel building was a bit run down and scary looking. A word of advice to travelers: don't be put off!!! It is really wonderful inside and the quality of the hotel is very high. Maybe at some stage the owners can look at renovating the outside a bit and making the Hotel sign a little more visible from the road.

Very friendly welcome after a stressful day due to a cancelled BA flight at T5. A pay as you go mini-bar in the reception/dining area was exactly what we needed after spending a very frustrating and stressful 8 hours in Heathrow to go nowhere.

The staff were great. Very welcoming and obliging, and kept me informed by email prior to our visit with regards car-parking (very limited on site) and even allowing an earlier check-in. The room was functional but clean and tidy and even had an aircon unit if required. The bed was comfy and there were tea/coffee making facilities. Great value for the money, and fine for the one night we stayed.

Oh my. Where do I start. I have travelled the world and stayed in very many different places. But this one is a stand-out property. Very well laid out rooms, conveniently located near Feltham station and very clean and pleasant property. Mylene at the reception was fantastic and cheerful girl. She was very friendly. Now coming to the main man Jason. Hey Jason you are a super cool guy and very professional and a next door kind of a guy. You know I would return often to your place. The place has a coffee wending machine and a mini bar. All the rooms have code keys and it is all very well organised. Fantastic heating and air conditioning system and very good ambience. ON THE WHOLE A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

I cannot think of anything I did not like in this place. Everything was so well thought of and very well maintained. Thank you for this jewel near Heathrow.

It is close to Heathrow and the Feltham Station which is very convenient. The decour was nice and modern but it still felt homely. There was heating and air conditioning, plenty of storage space and even a lovely outdoor area to relax. It was very clean and very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing, I liked everything about it.

Lovely place to stay, absolutely spotless room and en suite bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff, parking available outside. Very spacious room and nice garden outside, at the back of the building. A short, easy walk to local shops.

Pillows were a bit firm, got a bit of a crick in the neck, sheets were a bit scratchy material, but still comfortable. Really couldn't fault the place for anything major.
