Hayward Hotel

Optimal location, owner was accomodating upon arrival. Breakfast was good, asked what we wanted and made changes on request. Arrived early and looked after luggage for us so we weren't dragging suitcase around Blackpool. Room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and big HD TV. Had an Iron and ironing board available which my partner used. There was a corner shop directly across the street that provides all toiletries and goods from 7am if you need to stock up on essentials. Hotel was within walking distance from North Pier. All round awesome stay, will return next year.

Nothing, great priced hotel, awesome stay.

The freedom to come and go with the entry fob was ideal. Quick and easy check in and the owner was lovely. The room was perfect for us, very fairly priced, clean and comfortable. Ideal location for the supermarket and train station and within 2 mins walking distance from the start of the arcades and the sea. Although we didn't have breakfast the smell was absolutely mouthwatering. Great lounge and dining room, TV worked great and the shower room was spotless. Absolutely recommend staying. Will be visiting again. Thank you.

Stayed in the Hayward hotel over September weekend with my dad and two children, the two men who run the hotel are so welcoming, lovely clean rooms and hot running showers at any time of day (rare in Blackpool from my experience) there is an ironing board and iron on every floor and en suite in every room, bar area closes at 11 which is good for families. Lovely comfy beds, great location. Best hotel we have stayed in by far, can’t wait to go back if they will have us 😁

Can’t fault the hotel.

The host was so friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect. Not too far from the beach but not too close so you can hear the noise from the bar's. Parking is out front and free from 6pm - 8am. However finding a spot can be tricky if arriving before that. Our room has a cot a bunk bed and a double bed so plenty of room. The kids slept well however us not so much but it wasn't the hotels fault we just prefers softer beds. Clean bedding and towels. All in all great value for money.tes and coffee provided..

Main bed was a little lumpy but bearable and the bathroom plugs needed to be replaced but clean just don't look very fantastic.

We stay here often for the location as it’s near the bars and clubs we enjoy! Also if the price is right! Which this time it was up for an excellent price which matched the room we felt as it was small but cozy. The shower pressure was great which is a bonus and we had clean towels. Tea and coffee facilities too. The host is always very friendly and informative. Coming & going is no issue any time of day or night.

The beds are always rock hard and we have stayed in 3 different rooms now. So we did toss & turn a bit whilst we slept. Backs where sore in the morning this is the only fault we have.

Wes and Chris really lovely go out there way to help you with anything you need. Check in is brilliant made to feel at home right away Chris ensured we knew where everything was and how things worked... room was amazing huge and very clean beds super comfy and lovely fresh sheets plenty of towels and nice hot shower. Tea and coffee facilities really nice aswell ... super breakfast for very cheap fast service and tables set out really nicely.... hotel location brilliant and perfect for children. We can't wait to go again couldn't fault one thing wrong with this hotel we've stayed in many in Blackpool and this is by far our favourite... a host is everything and both hosts exelled themseves! Forgot to mention the fantastic bar as well! Managed to get rid of my husband for a few hours in there 🤣

Absolutely nothing it was fantastic from start to finish

I loved the whole 2 nights we stayed. We were able to leave our luggage instead of carrying it around on the last day because our train was later than checkout. The location is fantastic, in the middle of everything on the north pier. Literally round the corner from the train station and the beach! The staff here are absolutely amazing, i can't say enough. They done everything for us and more. The atmosphere they build as well as the utter politeness! Super friendly and adorable too. The hotel is an old Victorian style house and the rooms are snug but great. Good size bathrooms. We had two separate rooms here and both were of great standard. My kids also loved the bunk beds. Will 100% be back there soon.

Hotel is exceptionally neat, clean and tidy. Hotel manager Steve is very friendly and welcoming. He looked after us very well. Breakfast is amazing and many more facilities that surpassed our expectations. Definitely coming back for long or short term stays. Best family friendly hotel in Blackpool and on top its situated within walking distance to seaside and all attractions and amenities. Again, special thanks to Steve to make our staying magical.

When we arrived we was greeted by the hotel manager Steve, right from the start he was polite and friendly, he explained everything we needed to know and even escorted us to our room. The overall stay was great, all staff were polite and they also made an effort with my children. If i had any questions i went to Steve and he was more than happy to help. I would recommend this place to anyone, if i go to blackpool again il definately stay here, sadly Steve is a manchester united supporter lol but hes still a lovely man

The owner was very welcoming and lovely. We booked the same day we arrived due to an issue with other accommodation and it was no bother with nothing cropping up when booked. The room was clean and had plenty of storage. Feels very safe. Is your typical B&B type in Blackpool. We’ve been here three nights and slept brilliantly every one. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean.

One issue we had in our room personally was difficulty with the temperature in the shower and the bin in the bathroom. The temperature, we couldn’t turn it down and it was far too hot for us. The bin lid just kept falling off and was irritating but nothing major.
