TIME Ruby Hotel Apartment

Spacious hotel apartments, good location, easy access to main road and masjid.

Many units are old and would need major renovation.

I personally want to commend Mr. Isam for his assistance during our stay in the hotel. Well done sir! The room is spacious and clean. The environment is so serene, and the location is good, It gives a relaxing environment to the guest. All in all, we have a wonderful experience in Time Ruby Hotel Apartment. Thank you very much.

Some amenities were available only upon request such as the hair dryer, slippers, and some toiletries. We expected that it was already available in the room when we checked in. Also, the AC was not initially working and the sink in the common toilet was clogged. However, this was rectified immediately after bringing to their attention. Kudos to the team!

It is walking distance to the beach, nice spacious rooms, great and helpful staff, loved the gym and especially the sauna. The view from the window was overlooking the beach, which was a nice bonus. Good food at the restaurant.

There was a building site nearby, so the noise from the escalators and the trucks went well into the night. But I complained about this and was immediately relocated to another room, opposite from the noise.

The apartment was pretty huge! Staff were nice & polite. Special shout-out to Issam at the reception when we checked in! He gave us an upgrade from 1BR to 2BR! We got welcome fruits which he delivered himself. Kitchen utensils were complete, gas stove with oven, huge refrigerator, microwave, toaster, water heater, cups, plates, etc. Also got a late checkout confirmed until 2pm. Would stay there again!

Not much per se, but they didn't have enough power outlets, though perhaps you could request for an extension cord or you could bring your own. Finding the entrance can be pretty tricky, but once you find it, it's smooth sailing from there. Not much to watch on the tv & their tv sets are pretty close to the wall, couldn't plug in our hdmi cable. But all in all a pleasant stay.

- The Staff are amazing , Special thanks to Mr. Tobi at the front desk he is responsive , proactive ,supportive , problem solver and always smiley "even behind the Mask". - Security is good as all areas monitored and accessible by access cards only. - Privacy is good , as separate entrance available.

Basement Parking smell bad (exhaust fans not running) and smell sticks in the car. kitchen appliances Old But working fine.

the comfortable beds and the availability of washing machine and silverware.

the quality of shampoos and conditioner was not good and however there were few towels ..Toilet seat cover was not fixed..They did not offer any discount despite of staying there for 15 days. Additional Lights provision should be given Overall stay was Ok.

Access to the beach

For the cost it’s fine however the unit has a lot of mould and you can feel the humidity in the furniture as well The shower head is broken the switches require fixing and silicone

I liked the size of rooms and the hospitality. The location is good aswell with the beach and museum at walking distance.

The rooms could use a little more maintenance.
