72 Hotel Sharjah

The location of Hotel 72 is excellent to say the least. Everything you need is a short walk away from the hotel (salon's, barber shop's, mini grocers, pharmacies, fast food joints and ATM's). The staff are lovely, welcoming and professional. The hotel has a beautiful interior design and is incredibly comfortable. I stayed for just over a month and wouldn't hesitate to go back. They have great facilities and everything is well kept. The hotel has modern features including some tech features like being able to control the entire apartments lighting from the side of your massive king sized bed. The rooms are surprisingly large (quite a walk from one end to the other) and and cleaned on a daily basis (towels and linen changed daily as well). There are great views just across the street if you enjoy sunset walks by the promenade, manicured grass and sweeping palm trees that make for great pictures. There's a good restaurant within the building but local eateries can be found nearby if you're a foreign traveller like myself looking to explore the colourful local food culture. The gym, swimming pool and sonas are all incredible features which are very clean, well designed yet pretty unused by the guests. All in all, this was easily my best hotel experience in the area. It really doesn't take much time for it to feel like home away from home.

They had issues with the hot water. At first it came out of the taps discoloured, then it was shut off during my last week of stay for repairs - so I had to take cold showers. The hotel is quite clean but particular care should be given to the shower floors and the sofa's should be cleaned thoroughly. It might be helpful to include cleaning products in the bathroom for surface-sensitive guests like myself who prefer to give things a once over.

Cleanliness and room service needs attention. Breakfast needs more varieties. I requested a Sea View Room, But I got a normal room facing the back buildings.

Would like to stay again with 72. Their room service boy Moedid from some African country was too dedicated.

Variety in breakfast and changing its menu need attention

Wonderful straightforward stay, good staff, good service, and sleep. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Sharjah ir dubai for that matter

The hotel was very clean, but could be slightly better and some of the furniture have slight signs of wearing but nothing severe or damaging to the experience

There was no Bahrain flag among the other members of GCC flags I complained to the manager but no action was taken by him 😡

location, clean, view , premium room and the suite good space. swimming facilities you can have private one hour for your family free parking. Mr. chokri was very helpful

The view is iincredible as is the location. I really like the hotel staff. Charles and Rose at the front desk are very friendly.

Lighting switches in the room are not to my liking. I prefer a simpler system.
