- Great room with a separate bedroom and two bathrooms. I really loved the room we stayed in. - Good kitchen. - Two bathrooms which was nice. - Swimming pool! - Close to the A1 airport bus stop.

- There was absolutely no dishwashing liquid. - There's a washing machine but absolutely no detergent. - I wish the provided toiletries weren't so tiny and there was hair conditioner provided as well. - POOR WiFi. Just barely enough for two people to do zoom calls, and I watched TikToks on my data plan because the hotel WiFi couldn't handle it. - Very small and shallow swimming pool.

from the minute i walked in until the minute i left all staff very guest orientated there was covid procedures and measures in place throughout the property room was well appointed large screen smart TV which I used a second monitor good for teams calls excellent wifi connection well situated for eateries also room service food excellent value and tasty competitive price point value for money

Location is good. Even though all expats leave across the bridge, it was close so we walked. You can go to the beach, it is 40 min by foot or 10 by taxi. Stuff is super nice, lady at the reception was very welcoming, and concierge as well. they gave us an upgrade and the room was ready 2h before check in time, which was great. Rooms are huge, there is a kitchen and big rooms. Room service people were really nice Restaurant food was not expensive

- food was just ok, pancakes were a bit burned, but fresh orange juice was great. So we just ordered food from other places - it is a bit old, you can feel that some furniture needs renovation but it seems like they are trying. For the same price in Dubai we got much more renovated and digital hotel, but the room was much smaller. - Ventilation could be cleaned better. - pool is not really special, to me it wasn't to the european standards so we didnt use it

The location was perfect and it was surrounded by basic needs such as groceries, pharmacies and a number of restaurants. It is of a reasonable distance from Abu Dhabi Mall and Cleveland Hospital which matched our needs for this stay. The easy managing of booking and the staff were a bonus.

The furniture and the "flooring" of the apartment needs some updating, as well as the lightening setting since there isn't much access for natural light due to the surrounding buildings which gave the place a gloomy atmosphere. The place wasn't equipped with cleaning supplies, washing machine, nor a dishwasher which would make a great difference. The reception needs a serious update and needs to be more welcoming to have a cup of coffee or a rest after an outgoing.

People working at the hotel are friendly and professional. Cleaning lady did a great job every day. Breakfast is great, fresh eggs and coffee along french toasts once a week and fruits and more.

The view from the bedroom was not ideal and there is no coffee machine in the bedroom.

The room was quite large with a comfy bed, full sitting/living area, separate kitchen, separate bathroom. The location is perfectly situated to easily get anywhere you need to go, including many restaurants, stores, and amenities within walking distance. The staff was exceptional and very helpful whenever needed. Absolutely would stay here again.

In the bathroom, there was a glass "half door" that did nothing to prevent water from leaking all over the bathroom floor. Very minor but prevents me from giving this hotel a 10/10 review.

- The sofa bed was not extendable, so the 3rd person had to solely sleep on the sofa (but we were provided with bedsheets and pillows very promptly)

The property offered me a free upgrade in a bigger room/apartment. The facilities inside were nice and comfortable. If you need shopping or restaurant the hotel is close to everything you need. Breakfast is amazing and the staff very kind and professional.

The furnitures are a bit old. The swimming pool is a bit small but wasn’t my primary reason for booking the place. I expect people with kids to be interested in this facility. The gym on the other hand is very well equipped.

V.Good with its price, has everything at the apartment, super freindly staff, very clean & cozy, room service food was wonderful, has everything u need down in the street, starting from groceries to all kinds of restaurants, fresh fruits etc...

The wifi wasn't fast enough, there was no smart tv, no salt & pepper, neither they they brought it with food! The A.C wasn't cooling properly, all the lights short circuited, the room went dark, they changed the room & gave us a bigger one, cappuccino was bad, no ropes, also the building itself felt stuffy for my taste, with narrow hallways, low celling.

I had an excellent stay here. Personnel was attentive and correct. The room was huge. The bed was very good. Every day they cleaned my room and it was perfect. All in all a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Interior was not really my style, but that is simply a matter of taste and the quality of it was very good. So I am putting this in the negative but did not experience it as a very negative thing. I read in the comments online some complaints about smell, but I had no problem with that at all.
