Uncomfortable mattresses, no fresh towels every day

The hotel didn’t disappoint. We found its location very convenient, with the beach being in a few minutes’ walk, very close to the hustle and bustle of Alanya but on a quiet street. Nearby there’s the cable car up the castle hill. The rooms are light and clean, the furniture is white and the curtains are a mixture of blue and silver-ish which in my opinion looks very pretty. The view from our room on the 5th floor was great, to the mountains and side sea view. It was on the hotel restaurant side but it wasn’t too noisy. The food choice and quality was great. All the staff we met were really nice. We’d definitely recommend this hotel to a friend or family.

The rooms are a bit on the small side. There’s only one lift so sometimes we had to wait a bit.

The food was amazing!! It was so good. The staff was very polite and very good. The receptionists was very good and helpfull. Special thank you to Burak, made the experience better with good service.

The cleaning of the room. Didn’t clean under the beds.

Location is perfect, stuff is amazing, all inclusive is best. Everything was included (drinks, food, snacks) also on the beach. Spa in -1 floor is medium

Hard to fault. A great budget all inclusive value hotel with great staff from front of house through to the cleaners and background staff. Attentive waiting staff and great value simple but well served food.

Hard really to be negative but just some very minor points a) a little concerned that staff allowed guests to take glass glasses to pool area and drink on sun loungers and also whilst in pool (plastic would be better and safer) b) This was our third visit and have to say all the shower doors in the rooms we stayed in need a little attention c) Their designated beach area (10 minutes by shuttle) needs a little upgrade as you do have to pay for sun loungers with mattress and umbrella and mattresses and umbrellas are reaching the end of their purpose and food is very limited to a burger and fries. Better value just walk to beach pay a little more for better options.

It was brilliant, no more than five minutes from the beach. The reception staff were outstanding, the restaurant staff funny and cool and the hotel had guest support which was a gift, brilliant. For English (and Russian) speakers the people who worked there multi lingual, they were fantastic, it was a joy to be there and meet them. And they organised transfer to Antalya airport for me, just ask if you need help (for anything based on my experience) and they will be there for you. Go there, don't go anywhere else David Landamore

Nothing, it was perfect

A brilliant hotel! The location was amazing, 2 mins to the beach, 10 mins to the centre. Absolutely perfect. The food in the hotel was also really good, the menu was changing everyday, everyone and anyone will find something for themselves. The staff was also really nice and friendly. I recommend it!

Location, food, view! Hamam 25 EUR was nice. Close to all attractions and the beach.
