Surprisingly good. Ticked all of the boxes. Very clean room, larger than expected, nice bed, nice balcony, a bunch of stuff like wifi, cable TV, and refrigerator that I didn't use. Room smelled fresh. Great natural light. The price was great given the location and peak season. On a quiet street, a couple of minutes walk from Lamai Beach and commercial centre. The manager was pleasant, direct, and straight forward. Passport, money, keys, done. Doesn't look like much from outside, and it's by no means a high end offering, but they've nailed the basics. Wish I could've stayed for longer but they were booked out.

The staff cleaned daily. I needed to work so they brought a desk and chair into the room to accommodate me. Tons of natural light in the corner room. Close to the beach but tucked away.
There's a bit of a smell coming from the drain but went away once covered with a cloth. The local rooster could be an issue for a light sleeper.

A good place to stay at Lamai Beach for a good price. You can reach everything by foot very soon or take the pickup busses. But they are very expensive in my opinion.

Great value! Great location near everything, but still away from noisy traffic, it is quiet. Nice view from 3rd floor and large rooms with high ceiling, good wifi and aircon. However, they need to get rid of the bad smell in all of the bathrooms, and I would rate it a 8 or 9 ( I stayed 8 nights). Great coffee place 50 meters from hotel, real deal brazilian expresso, from a dutch owner with a roastmaster mindset.
Just the smelly bathrooms, I sprayed some airfresher and it was bearable.
