BaanBusarin Hotel

Even though the hotel is old it's well maintained and the rooms are clean. Also it's close to many restaurants and the beach.

The room I stayed have a bad smell I think because the hotel is kind a old. Also the aircon is not getting cold. However the other room where my other friends stayed is good and the aircon is cold and no bad smell.

Nice hotel Short walk to beach, nightmarket, restaurants Clean, good beds, balcony, central, good value for money. Friendly staff. Fully fresh renovated Even central not too noisy at all. Breakfast simple but good. Enjoyed. Staying there for 8 days.

Safety deposit box in room would be nice but 24/7 desk so no issues

These are very minor points and did not affect our great stay at Baan Busarin.No electric jug in the room for that cup of tea or coffee but there is a communal one near the front desk. No safe in the room but there is a lockable drawer. There is no lift but the steps were ok.

I loved the staff, location (walking distance to the beach, markets, everywhere!), breakfast in the hotel, and especially the hot water!!! Our air conditioning didn't work in our first room but they immediately moved us to another room of the same quality! The Indian restaurant next door was my favorite and my husband enjoyed the walk only street where the bars and friendly people hung out!

The second room smelled a little moldy and I think there was some on the wall by my bed, there was dust on the night table and lamp, and the carpet also smelled a bit dank and old.

Perfect location. 5 min to beach and bars, restaurants and nightlife just around the corner. 7 min to night market. couldn't better. Clean and big room. Definitely worth the cost. Will return again.

Some people complain about the nightlife. I can't agree. Didn't disturb at all. Some music but not loud.

The hotel is small but very cosy. The staff is friendly and caring. It is situated close to the beach, party streets, seven eleven, exchange money. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a little bathroom. Every floor has got a nice tarrace to sit and have a relax with friends. I truly reccommend it.

It was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location is spot on for the beach and loads of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and very big. Great price!

Just wished there was a swimming pool, but understandably there isn’t enough space for one.

A quiet and beautiful hotel just minutes away from the beach and the night market. The rooms are big and the beds are comfy. The Hotel staff is polite, friendly and helpful. We will come Back (;

Better than I expected. Helpful staff. Half decent breakfast. Pleasant communal area on 2nd floor.

Not the best area if you prefer quiet!
