Zurich Furnished Homes

The location was great. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. It was easy to access the motorway from the apartment too. The rooms were spacious and the the apartment was well equipped. The host was excellent and responded to all messages promptly, giving excellent advice on our specific requirements. It was very comfortable.

The parking was not great, lots of restrictions and no specific place for the apartment. The hosts helped with this and gave us parking permits (15CHF per day).

It's the third time we've stayed in here and enjoyed it each time. The rooms are a really good size and very good kitchen facilities too. Location is also very good - close to Weidekon station which has direct train links to the airport and meanwhile just a 20 minute walk into the city. Thanks also to Ahmed who made every effort as always to ensure we had everything we needed.

It's an old building so the sound proofing is not great, but if you have noisy neighbours then just report it and it gets sorted prety quickly

This property is ideal if you are planning to visit Zürich. It is close to the train station, tram and bus. There is also a close supermarket and a few restaurants in the area. The apartment was very cozy, it had everything we needed and more. They provided us with free snacks and drinks. Clean and spacious. The staff were really nice and accommodating. Daniella was very helpful throughout our trip, and even let us check in as soon as the apartment was ready. She provided us all the necessary information for our arrival. We are really grateful to her. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Zürich.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

1. Close proximity to train and tram station as well as a grocery store and restaurants. 2. Laundry facility downstairs and it is free! No need to buy soap or use coins! 3. Excellent communication and quick response from the hosts who gave us very clear instructions. 4. Very comfortable apartment for a family of four. There is a living area with dining table and a sleeper sofa, a breakfast table in the kitchen area, and 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other one with 2 twin beds. All beddings and mattresses are comfortable, like sleeping at a Courtyard or an IHG brand hotel. Both bathrooms are clean and modern, one with the shower, bathtub and commode and the other is a half bath. Worked great for a family of 4. Kitchen is modern, with high quality cabinetry, dishwasher and oven looks brand new. Provided us with enough toiletries and also has a coffeemaker with enough stock of coffee, creamer and sugar that would last for the whole stay. They also gave us snacks and drinks on arrival. 5. We felt safe the whole time.

There is no AC but we knew this before booking. We came in with 90 degree temps during the daytime but we just opened the windows and had cold showers before bedtime and it helped. Also, after it rained, it got better. We kept all the windows open at night from the living room to both the bedrooms to have counterflow of the air.

This apartment is so near the tram station; bus station; and train station. Only 3 minutes walk - super awesome. And it is only one train station away to Zurich HB - the biggest train station in Switzerland. And everything is at Zurich HB - bus station for our daily Best of Switzerland tours ; cafes ; convenience stores; shopping ; you named it. It is a quiet and clean neighbourhood. We feel very safe. The host has also provided many snacks; coffee machine; drinks - awesome. Although there is no air- cond - we can open the balcony for fresh air and to sit with coffee and just enjoy the city / neighbourhood.

No air cond. We were shock at how stuffy it is when we checked in around 6pm. And the apartment has what we would said as the smallest lift in the world. Can barely fit 2 persons. But it is still quite charming to be in the smallest lift in the world.

The apartment did feel like home. Very clean and tidy with minimal furniture but adequate. There was complimentary drinks and snacks which was a warm welcome. The washing machine and dryer although is at the ground floor and shared area, the cleaning solutions is supplied and we can wash our clothes even late at night (common when travelling) without disturbing others (with noise). It is within walking distance to public transport as well.

It is a little pricey but reasonable for Zurich. Would love a firmer pillow. Visited at the beginning of autumn and needed the fans to be on full blast.

The whole building is just rental apartments, so no neighbours that live in the building. The lift is really small so if more luggage and several people they would need to take it separately. Nice big hallway for luggage, everything is properly set up and working. TV an older model so could not cast to it, but plenty of Swiss and international channels. Wi-fi extremely fast and reliable. Equipped kitchen, tabs for the dishwasher. There was no info on how to use washers and driers in the basement. About a 15-minute walk to Bahnhofstrasse (downtown), close to the tram station (3 min) and the local train station (4 min) which enables you to reach all of Switzerland. All in all very satisfied.

Only complaint is the luggage storage is without key/code, so basically open to anyone who comes in. Building is not publicly accessible so should be okay, but would be nice to have peace of mind with a basic lock which would provide at least a sense of security when you leave your luggage (located in the basement).

Spacious and immaculately clean apartment with all facilities that we needed including free tea and coffee, sachets of cream for coffee, sachets of sugar, a big box of cheesey bread sticks, bottled water (still and sparkling) and soft drinks and cakes for the kids! They had thought of everything!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The road the apartment is on isn't the most attractive place in Zurich and it is quite busy, but it is close to everything you could need and once you're in the apartment you don't think about it as the apartment is so lovely.

Location is very good: 3 minutes walk from Wiedikon train station and 15-20 min walk to the city center and old town. There are few supermarkets nearby. There are 2 large bedrooms and a living room with sofa that can be opened to a bed. Kitchen is well-equipped with all facilities and all of them worked properly. Washing machine and Dryers are public. Staff was very responsive and helped us when the washing machine we used broke. We got 4 fans in the apartment which were helpful during hot days

No air condition (as in most of the places in Zurich...), The apartment was clean except the external part of the windows that need some cleaning. The apartment was missing hooks for towels and coats.

The location and the size of the apartment was great. They left some complimentary drinks in the fridge which was a nice touch. The quality of the interior is good, linen and towels of good quality.

- There was no trash recycling system. Just one bin. A disappointment. - The water kettle in the kitchen leaked water - Too few utensils in the kitchen, only enough for 1 meal for a family of 5. - The bathroom walls were getting a bit mouldy from the excessive moisture. There needs to be some better ventilation.
