Hotel Alpin Superior

Good breakfast, friendly staff (they quickly separated the beds for my son and I when I asked upon arrival), short walk to the slopes. The hotel's transport from the car parking was prompt and friendly. Nice spa area with 2 saunas, jacuzzi and a quiet room with a pretty view, so was mostly feasible to share with other groups :) We had dinner in the hotel one night and was very good and plentiful (the vegetarian option was not very creative, but at least there was one :)

The bathroom was not well ventilated (usual), and mold was growing in some corners, which is not uncommon, but should be cleaned.

This hotel is ideally located just next to the Alpin Express ground station and provides ski lockers where you can easily leave all your material. The checkin/out processes were flawless and the hotel staff very friendly. The breakfast (7:30-10:00) was great, the rooms very quiet and the beds quite comfortable for a 3*. We used the spa (only opens at 15h00 which is kind of late if you can't ski), the fitness and the game room (pool table, table tennis, etc). Like pretty much all hotels in Saas-Fee, this one also provides a taxi service from/to the parking where you have to leave your car. We'll go there again for sure.

Really nothing to complain about, everything went flawlessly and according to our plans.

The location is absolutely perfect. Best we ever stayed in in Saas-Fee. During our ski days, it took us no time to go to the hotel if we forgot something, and get back on the slopes. We loved it. Rooms are nice and comfy, nice renovated bathrooms. Next time we will def pay a little extra for the mountain view! The Staff is an absolute delight, everybody was super kind and answering all our questions and wishes with smile (which is not always the case in Switzerland). The SPA is great! Bathrobes, towels and slippers are provided. We loved it. We will definitely book this hotel again everytime we are back in Saas Fee.

Minor note: When we stayed here, the ski room was not heated so our ski boots were still wet and cold on the morning of the next day. Check with the Reception and maybe take your boot-inserts to the room overnight, to avoid cold surprise in the morning.

Ideally located next to Alpin Express. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff is helpful & very friendly. Service is very good & efficient. Good value for money.

The evening scenery around bar and restaurant could be made more lively and cosy. Feels it’s very catered to families with kids. Restaurant starts and closes early, and the bar is sparsely staffed (with reception personal alternating between office duties and service at the bar). The restaurant set-up is efficient for breakfast, but lacks atmosphere in the evening.

Excellent location, across the atreet of the mountain rides, which is good if you want to catch the gondola early in the morning. Mountain view also good, while you might better take a little walk to get the whole panorama. Staff highly motivated, friendly, helpful and flexible. We enjoyed the wellness area also.

The only issue: needs to get up update what the definition of “vegetarian” food means 😄

Amazing stay. Incredible staff, that even offered a bottle of wine, a card and chocolates when they found out that we were celebrating my husband's birthday; really went the extra mile. The facilities are all you need for a ski trip, great ski room and you can ski in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and even had a warm offer (not the standard in CH) Would love to come back!

Right next to the Alpine express cable car, and also were very prompt in giving us a lift to the and from the bus station. It was an unexpected bonus that the Spa was still functioning during summer

The hotel is in a perfect location just a few meters from the cable car. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and with an unreal view of the glaciers. Each room has a large terrace. The staff is incredibly friendly. The food is excellent. The spa is great. Everything is cozy, charming, and delightful for a true getaway.

Great B&B hotel in very convenient location right opposite the gondola & ski back to doorstep. Short walk into town for restaurants / bars. Excellent breakfast (1 of the best on our 6 week tour of Switzerland). Fabulous views & lovely spa. Efficient pick up & drop off at central Parkhaus.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

The location is excellent, the wellness is fantastic and the breakfast is large with a great choice. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The taxi service to the car park works very well. The bedroom is very large with great views.

it was quite cold in the bedroom and the bed is not too comfortable.
