They let us drop our bags off at the lobby while we waited for the check-in time. Towels and soap were provided, and there was AC. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Asked for a double bed but was given two beds separately. Thankfully, the beds could be zipped together. The WiFi is a bit unreliable. I have to wait a couple of minutes to connect to the WiFi every time I open up my laptop. And once it broke my connection for a while.

First off, we were able to interact with two of the male receptionists - one during arrival, the other one upon check-out. Both were very friendly and accommodating to all our requests and questions. The room was very spacious for three people, the bathroom was good as well (it had facilities for the disabled, if needed, as it was even located on the ground floor). However, the tables were quite small. Otherwise, everything about our assigned room was very good. It also had a nearby Migros and McDonald's so grabbing last-minute meals/food was no problem! The common area for breakfast/meals was very clean and very nice-looking as well. We did not have time to include the breakfast buffet as time was a little bit running out. Value for money as well considering the room, facilities and location.

Location-wise, it was a bit of a distance from the airport. The bus that plies the route goes once every hour only and an hour in a vacation is quite a lot already. But the bus stop is very conveniently located a hundred or so meters away from the hotel. It was also a bit of a walk to the nearest train station than expected. Lugging suitcases in that distance isn't advisable but still doable. The hotel shuttle is not free and only does transfers every hour.

Convenient to get to the airport - a bus every half hour stops right outside the hotel and it is a 15 minute ride. The room was surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the airport. Beds are typical Swiss hotels beds - not bad. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning does not get the room very cool - I am not sure you can really control its temperature. Stayed at around 23 degrees C even though we set it at 18. Bathroom had poor water flow for cold water in the bathroom sink. The shower doesn't have a door or curtain so some of the tiny bathroom gets wet.

Staff was really nice. The night shift lady and a very young and super pleasant man in the morning shift in particular (apologies didn't get the names). Very clean, comfortable and there is actually a lovely walk just opposite the hotel by a small river/canal as well if you want to stretch your legs befor a a light. Only needed to fiddle a bit with the shower and not sure the pressure was great but that's me probably not being able to use it probably. If I need to stay near the airport again would def use again. Recommended.

Staff was very warm and welcoming, flawless and quick check-in. Rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. Also, they were totally soundproof and we did enjoy a peaceful sleep. Airplanes were nowhere to be heard. Would totally recommend!

I had chosen this hotel for a one night layover as I had missed my flight and had a 20 hour layover. This hotel is close to the airport. Travelling back to Zurich city would be tedious. I just wanted something for the night. The 510 from Zurich airport number bus drops you right outside this hotel in around 10 mins travel time. And you can take the same bus to the airport next day. Staff at reception were very helpful. There is a Migrow very near it if you want to buy anything. Rooms are as expected, decent size, bathroom is good. Would be good to have a electric kettle in the room. Otherwise no complaints.

The room was very suitable, modern, clean and the bed was comfortable. For an overnight stay it was exactly what I needed. The receptionist was very helpful. If you like airplanes ( and I do !) room 430 has a lovely view over the airport. The double glazed windows keep out airplane noise. At under chf 100 per night it is excellent value. Swiss Steve
