Hôtel du Cerf

Build in a chalet style , the hotel is modern , rooms are spacious and well decorated. All was clean and well organised. We had parking available in front of the hotel. They also have a nice terrace. The village is small , but very picturesque. Close to glacier 3000 area ,15 min by car . Breakfast was very nice, with sweet and salty options, good coffee and croisants. We also had dinner there (there are no other places to eat within walking distance ) and the menu was varied, with traditional and modern options. Prices were affordable. We enjoyed so much our rostis! Staff was friendly and helpful .

Very clean and spacious . The bed was very comfortable. The well-being facility was very nice too. The food at the restaurant was super good. The hotel is very close to the station.

We liked everything. Only things that we can mention about downside are the shower room drain was slow - it could be cleaned. The washing basin‘s faucet didn’t have equal water pour due to limestone. But that are just minor things. We truly loved staying in the hotel.

We had two connected rooms with very comfortable and spacious beds and lots of light. We have asked for a particular room arrangement (no gallery) and a few other special requests and all was attended to with grace. Our kids enjoyed the space inside the rooms and in the cozy social area. We all felt very welcomed and had a very pleasant and super easy time in this hotel. We also made use of the wellness area nearly every evening - a nice rounding of a winter day! The hotel restaurant offered the best dining food we had a chance to try in the area of Leysin-Les Mosses, with attentive service and very little, if any, waiting time. We are already planning our return to this hotel :)

Overall, there were only minor details that did not spoil our stay at all. It would have been nice if the floor under the beds was daily vacuum-cleaned too since the kids explored it very often to reach to their rolling toys. Also we hope the dump/mold stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and the corridor connecting the rooms would be removed at the next opportunity.

Easy to find, with parking just in front of the hotel, great location for outdoor activities in Leysin and Les Diableretes. Stuff was very very nice, we booked a New Year Eves dinner and missed the dessert which they then, themselves, not because we asked, delivered directly to our room. That was very toughtful. We also got a random room upgrade without extra cost and ended up in a family room with roof window instead of the standard room we booked so- again, super cool. Generally great place that we would be happy to return to and even though we dont own the dog this place is pet friendly, which we also found appealing.

A really cute hotel in a bit remote area in our opinion. We reached there after driving a long winding mountain road. The room is nice and large and very comfortable, we really like it. The hotel did give it the room we requested. We dined in the restaurant, so convenient, and nice to see only locals around there. It may be the only restaurant in this little village. Convenient parking right in front of hotel. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay for a night in a long journey.

This hotel was in the quaint town of Le Sépey. It wasnt hard to locate. The staff there were absolutely lovely. We had a fabulous meal in the hotel restaurant in the evening. The room was an apartment style room with 2 separate bedrooms and a seperate bathroom. It was fantastic. The only limiting thing was transport. I didnt have my own vehicle so was reliant on PT. It stopped early on in the evening so it was good I checked this out knowing then what time was the last transport back. It was very quiet when we went and im sure in the Winter season, more PT would be available. I would definitely stay again. There's no supermarket or anything in this village to be aware of aswell. But can't fault the hotel at all.

Rarely saying this, but really everything ! La Sepey is small, hotel is easy to find- great base to explore the region. Hotel itself is charming, plenty of parking just across the street; rooms perfectly clean and spacious. And there are sauna and steam bath on second floor too! Staff is very friendly… overall, highly recommended!

The wifi in room 16 didn’t work, though it was good in the restaurant and reception. When I reported it, I was clearly not believed, which is a bit strange as I’m not the first person to mention wifi not working in various reviews.

Very cosy hotel with friendly staff in a great location in the centre of the village. Great sauna facilities. Good food in restaurant especially the wide selection of rosti specialities.

Felt that the breakfast buffet would have benefitted from some more Swiss bakery products ie. croissants or Zopf!

The hotel was very well-kept and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Dinner at the hotel's elegant restaurant was excellent. We didn't have a chance to have breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning.
