Location comfort cleanliness And especially the kindness of the staff. GM was above and beyond. Restaurant was great too… roast beef ap was a perfect quick snack! Will return. Parking was also great.

Fantastic view from the restaurant of the magnificent Unesco site. Super 'Swiss' good, seasonal food and a very fun, cheeky waiter who added to the charm. Very hospitable to us bicycle tourers and our two old dogs. Excellent bicycle storage facility with convenient lift access to the rooms and interior ramp from the lobby for those with mobility impairments. Attracted like-minded clientele with accommodating staff. Room was comfortable. Top location in Einsiedeln with many interesting walk routes closeby. Characterful art dressing the hotel.
Room was tired. Shower room was somewhat small, and the bath towels, even smaller. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and no fridge to store the food for our dogs (which on a warm day was not great). Also no fan or air conditioning. Inconsiderate other cycling guests did not rack their bikes in the excellent hydraulic-assisted bike storage, which made removing our bikes quite difficult the next day (maybe some rules need to be posted in the bike shed).

it is excellently situated in the center. very spacious room well adapted for wheel chair. Although there was an overbooking the hotel was able to find a suitable room which was actually better than the one we reserved.

The location is good for visitors to the Abbey which is just over the road. My spotlessly clean room was spacious with a balcony and view of the Abbey. The buffet breakfast was very good.
