Location at the lake is superb, with a fantastic view, even with bad weather (unfortunately our case…). The hotel is nicely renovated, our room was spacious and the staff was very friendly.

There is practically no parking available, only one space reserved for the hotel; I guess, a general problem in such a charming (small) village… Something else, the bed was very high, I had some problems to get into it with my short legs…

Peaceful and beautiful...perfect! The view is stunning in all weather!

The door was stuck one night and had to go find a waitress at the restaurant who could not manage either...all this time it was raining..I told her that I was going back to Lausanne and that they could pay the bill. She came after me when I was almost at the Coop as someone had managed. Secondly the 3 nights the Restaurant is closed so are the doors to go to the elevator...otherwise perfect!

The site of the hotel is very beautiful, with sweeping views of Lake Geneva and the Lavaux vineyards. We arrived in time and weather was nice enough to have dinner outside at the restaurant overlooking the lake - a real treat. We also liked the sober decoration of the room and the quiet village surrounding the hotel.

It was a pity that breakfast was not served at the hotel itself but in a dark and over-decorated room in a different building (we were told however that this would change during the main season). As such conceived to be luxurious (e.g. possibility to cook your egg as you like it), essential items were missing from the buffet. We had to ask for a plate, cup, milk, butter which then arrived one after the other - grudgingly it seemed. This was a disappointing contrast to the otherwise serene atmosphere.

The location is absolutely perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were extremely lucky to get the one and only parking space which the hotel has, although it is possible to park nearby and the hotel will give you a clock permit but you need to keep altering the time. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed both - it was just an idyllic stop over - much better than being in Lausanne or Montreaux, so peaceful and beautiful scenery.

The memory foam mattress toppers do not suit my husband and I, but that is just a personal choice.

Charming hotel on the shore of Lake Geneva in a peaceful village. Easy walk from the train station. Clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed drinks in the bar as well as a delicious lunch in the restaurant. All staff we interacted with were friendly and efficient.

Elevator goes only as far as second floor. Room on higher floor can get rather warm (no air conditioning).

Love the location and very comfortable rooms, our second stay here and this time they welcomed our rather lively dog too for which we were very grateful. The location is everything for this hotel - just so perfect. We hope to return for longer next time - we have just used it as a stop over on the way to /return from Italy.

I was very lucky to find this hotel as a last minute booking. The hotel is situated right next to the lake, and the views are breathtaking. The staff were very welcoming, and the room was extremely nice. The price was amazing giving the location and the facilities. Breakfast was also great, and the hotel bar and terrace areas are great to socialise and enjoy the beautiful views

Wonderful location by Lac Léman. Views over the vineyards and the lake. There is no TV, no telephone in the room, this on purpose to keep the nautic and old-style ambiance. Short walk to Bain des Dames for a swim.

View outside my window was crazy. It was so beautiful that I left my work and stayed out for quite a while.

Wi-fi is phone only. You need to establish the tethering connection do use wi-fi on laptop.

It was our first stay around the Geneva lake and we have enjoyed the view and location very much. The hotel itself was exactly as we expected - small, cosy, adequately equipped and with nice surrounding. Food in the restaurant was excellent, the breakfast was OK.

Hotel Wi-fi might have been faster, but it worked well in general. The parking was a bit challenge, but it would be also quite easy to arrive by train I think. We needed the car to do other trips.
