Best Western Plus Sthlm Bromma

The breakfast was excellent! There was a large variety and as much as you could want. The staff is very friendly and eager to help (they aided us in booking a taxi late at night). Our rooms were nothing special compared to a hotel, but they were clean and comfortable, which is most important to us. I believe 'location' is the lowest ranked among booking.com's categories, but we have zero issues with the location. You can easily reach it from Arlanda airport (take the flygbussarna to bus stop Mariehällskyrkan) and right across the hotel is a tram station for easy access to anywhere in Stockholm. TIP: Get an SL travelcard (we got one for 7 days), you will thank me later.

Perfect hotel located a 5-minute walk from the airport, self check-in, great breakfast buffet that had everything you could think of. Clean room with a view of the airport but not much noise from the planes, the airco makes more noise. Comfortable bed, Wi-Fi and a large smart TV. Parking and public transport just outside as well.

The only negative was the bathroom, it looks amazing but it's not practical. It gets completely wet when you shower because the small glass wall does not protect much. There is a scraper for the floor but sadly it did a horrible job. A better scraper and a shower curtain would improve it a little.

The room was good and well kept and met our expectations. It was been clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well and the attendance and reception have been exceptional. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

There was nothing in particular which we did not like. The only little drawback is the distance from the city centre, which is about 15 minutes drive from the centre. However, this was not a minus since we rented a car and therefore met all our expectancies.

Booking was straightforward. The rooms are exceptional and very comfortable. We stayed two times in a row due to a change of plans. We opted for the same hotel since the service was excellent. Would highly recommend and in fact we did repeat our stay.

Nothing. All has been in order and any help required is addressed in a timely manner. It is 15 drive by car from the centre of Stockholm but for us travelling by car was just perfect since there is a parking facility just outside the hotel.

I REALLY likes this place! I took a budget room . Their breakfast is amazing ! They have a gym, Lounge with coffe and tea, Pub with bar and so on. Best of all They are truly pet friendly!! 100 starts for that! Modern tv with stream in the room. I had surgury done and got stuck in my room.. They have been so kind, helpful and amazing . I will ALWAYS stay here

Nothing . There were two who worked there who could have been more nice But the rest who worked there were just amazing!

Very friendly Staff. They also offered me extra hand and bath towels before I checked out. Breakfast was excellent. Hot water kettle with instant coffee and tea packets in the room.

The bathroom could have been better organised. It was slightly smaller in terms of area and the shower space did not have a door to prevent water from leaking out. Every time I had bath, I had to mop the floor.

Hotel is very good.Staff is extremely good and helpfull. This hotel is breakfast beast.Breakfast here is something extraordinary. This hotel is really good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Stockholm

Only location since it is a bit far from the Centrum but it is individual matter. Someone who needs close to Bromma they can definitely prefer to stay here in terms of location.

I received a fine for my car in old-town on holiday. one of the receptionists helped me complaining one week after the trip. hotel was so clean and mini bar at 4th floor was perfect for gap and talking to our friends

The hotel was a “pay at property” and the price on booking.com was in Euro but the hotel got Krona. I had to pay 11€ more money because of the difference of currency from the date of reservation to date of arrival. when the price in booking.com is based on Euro the hotels should have check with Euro currency

The check in was very smooth. The receptionist was really warm and welcoming! The rooms were super nice and more than expected. The breakfast is also super. I mainly checked the reviews about the breakfast when booking, and matches expectations. Specially the self-juice maker was very useful! Thank you to the hotel for making a place that's affordable and does not compromise on quality!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic. The sauna was definitely a plus. The free minibar was a nice surprise. The main bed was really comfortable and big. The availability of Netflix was very appreciated by my kids. The proximity to the airport was superb, just cross and there it was, exactly what we wanted for an early flight.

The sofa bed was a bit hard.
