Everything was good. Nice and clean room, fast internet.

The toilet and shower was behind the bed it was little bit confined

It was great…Spacious room, clean and tidy up. The facility looks new. The location is convenient to go around with bus station and nearby good & reasonable restaurants. The Staff were very friendly. I got experience that their cleaning team misunderstood my gift as trash and throw away. But they were very friendly and responsible to find out again for me, and they even paid the compensation. Actually I didn’t want it happened to get the compensation because my gift becomes dirty and ugly:( but anyway, I appreciated your help and professionalism. I will come back to choose and stay your hotel again :)

It was well located and super close to the subway. There is an airport bus close to the hotel. And many restaurants are nearby.

The room is fairly comfortable but there was no separate shower room.

The location is great, very close to a station, lots of good restaurants and shops around.

There is limited control over the aircon.

location wise was okay, not too quiet but able to experience what local community has, bus stop has many buses to get to touristy areas and close to MRT station as well. I really like the hotel, since it is still quite new and has adequate items in the room

There is a bathtub but it was not very clean, room was very dusty even though bed was okay, hairdryer was dirty, lucky I brought my own.

shower’s water is bad at clearing, ended up having weird worms come up from the sewage of the shower which was a shame.

Clean and comfy

We upgraded to a room with a "view". It was a small window with a building and convince store in front if it.

The receptionist provided us with a thoughtful package containing essential skincare and morning care items, including a toothbrush and toothpaste. We were able to leave our bags at the reception after checking out, allowing us to enjoy an extra day in Seoul. Additionally, they promptly provided an iron when I requested one. The room was spacious, making it perfect for a couple, and there were numerous restaurants in the vicinity.

The hotel's staff could be friendlier. Only one out of the three people we met was consistently polite saying at least "Hello" and "Goodbye". The ventilation was poor, allowing smoke into our room. The bathroom lacked privacy and got wet after showers as there was no curtain separating bathroom and toilet area. The hotel required a 4-5 station commute from the city center, not the most convenient location. The noisy floor made it hard to sleep, and the bed sheets were dirty. Not the best choice.
