The apartment we got was pretty big studio that fit 3 queen beds. Towels + shampoo were provided. There was a laundry machine, but no dryer (you need to hang your laundry). There was a small kitchen which had a sink, stove, fridge, microwave, and basic kitchenware. There's also heating inside the floors so that was nice. Check in process was easy and contactless. The host is very responsive whenever we needed anything, even a taxi to the airport.

The bathroom was a wet bathroom so everything gets wet once you shower. Thankfully I could wash my hands at the kitchen sink so this wasn't as big of a deal.

Pony was execellet as a host. She provided great local information including supermarket. The room was cleaned and towels replenished. I was welcomed from the moment my plane landed. Pony and family was always friendly. I requested an iron for my room and it arived almost immediately. I loved the decor of the spacious room. No issues or complaints Pony even put my cases into the lift on arrival. She ordered me an airport taxi and gave me realistic times to incheon airport,

Friendly hosts, if there is a problem or if you have a question, Ponny will always help! Location on walking distance from line 1 and line 2 metro, a Emart (hypermarket), river where you can walk next/ over the water, in weekends the fleamarket from Dongmyo Good WiFi Smart tv in room with Netflix

Each time you shower the whole bathroom is wet since there is no real shower cabin The hallway/ entry from the apartment are a bit dirty, the need a clean. The apartment is ok, but all the small decorations inside also collected some dust.

It was amazing stay with a lot of great parts about it. 1. Host ponny was amazing, she was really welcoming and helpful. She was basically our guide starter pack when we first got there 😄. 2. Room was pretty big and I really liked bed. It was great value deal for sure. 3. I liked the location. It was in the middle of most sightseeing locations so you would easily get to bus/metro and reach all popular locations at around 30-40 mins.

I liked everything

The property is clean, comfy and cozy. with complete appliances, kitchenware and spacious. Ponny is very accomodating and you feel very welcome. She allowed us to check in early at 9am without extra charge and on the bigger room. We did not ask her, but she initiated it as soon as she found out our early arrival. She is very hands on and contacted a day before our arrival. I also like the doorlock, experiencing the Korean living.

The location was great in terms of accessibility to transit and food. Also, the room we had (3 bd) was very clean and spacious. Ponny was so helpful for any questions we had and super friendly.

The front of the facility is a garage area with multiple cars so it was a bit confusing to find the entrance at first.

it was very clean. it had all the necessities we needed. although it was not a hotel, the tenant offered daily cleaning service and fresh towels. she also assisted us with our excursions. they also have airport transfer / to and from. my family and I absolutely loved it and will stay there again when we go back to Korea! I highly recommend!

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. It was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay while visiting Seoul. The host provided all information in advance and were contactable throughout and were extremely helpful. Location is brilliant too, right next to a main metro line. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Seoul to stay here.

Ponny was very responsive and helpful. She helped arrange for our airport transfers and met us the night we arrived to help check us in even though it was late. Place was cozy and comfortable for my family of 4. Very convenient location and we love the stream nearby.

We would have loved having more pillows as we're used to sleeping with 2 each. 😆

Thank you, Ponny. She is very responsive and helpful; in providing us with the info we require. The location of this apartment is very close to 2 subway stations and within reasonable walking distance of the Dongdaemun shopping area. There is a huge Emart supermarket just opposite the apartment.
