Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo, an IHG Hotel

Holiday Inn is just outside the metro station Central Park. Easy access. Reached the destination by Taxi from the Incheon airport. It is about 45 min to 50 min. ride depending on the traffic conditions. The ambience was quiet calm. The included breakfast was very good. Being a vegetarian, I survived with their fruits platter, bread, butter and Jam along with that Corn flakes and dry fruits and nuts. Ofcourse for non-vegetarian there were umpteen varieties

In the breakfast buffet it would help a lot if they also mention by the Vegetarian icon (with Green dot) for the vegetarian food and non-vegetarian icon for egg and meat foods in each of the menu description. Much to my dismay, the last order for dinner was 9:00 p.m. We wanted to try their roof top restaurant and went there at sharp 9:00 p.m they told that it is closed..!!! That was a real disappointment.

The breakfast spread was wonderful! I loved the variety. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (though I spoke Korean, they all spoke English very well as well!). My room was always well-cleaned and the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. I also ordered the bibimbap for room service and it was delicious! Gym facilities are nice as well. Very close to the subway.

Honestly, everything was wonderful! No complaints.

The location is quite central and close to the subway. It was also close to main attractions such as Incheon City Bus Tour, Songdo Moonlight Festival Park, Songdo Conversia, Hyundai Premium Outlets, etc. I liked the breakfast, there is lots of variety to choose from, even an egg station where the cooks custom-make the eggs with the ingredients you like. The rooms are large and clean with a nice city view.

So close to the subway. Great size. Powerful shower. Free water daily. Convenience stores near by. Fairly close to the airport in a cab. Close to the park. Helpful staff. Comfy bed. Later check out.

Breakfast could have been cheaper.

The location right next to a metro station and the park is ideal. There are also many restaurants and cafés nearby. The room was very comfortable with effective air conditioning and good water pressure in the shower.

The offerings in the hotel's own restaurant have been reduced, apparently because of Covid, but this was not communicated very clearly; it would have been nice on the first day with lots of jet lag to be able to get a good dinner in the hotel.

Location was great, lots of shops and restaurants, and attractions . Breakfast at hotel was great, lots of varieties.

First night had a bad sewage smell in the room. Was disappointing, thought had shuttle services to airport, however, was informed needed to book taxi or public bus transportation which is not feasible for the family size and amount of luggage’s

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had great variety. The location was great and close to entertainment, site seeing places and museums. The Sesame Museum next to the hotel was spectacular and had live Jazz band almos every night. This really made my trip!

All was great

Not friendly for international travelers particularly television and Very inconvenient of the reception location. It’s administrative procedures are quite inflexible

Very poor check-in process, no courtesy for early check in at all. Even for just half an hour. At 3pm, whole bunch of people queue for check using number. To make it more crowded, the check in is at top floor. You have to bring up all your luggage to top floor, check in, and bring them down again to your room. Repeat that process during check-out.

The rooms and bathroom were great. The restaurant and bar on the rooftop had spectacular views and the gym was excellent. Good value for money and great service for our short stay and right by the Central Park which was a wonderful walk
