Clean and good location

Swimming pool requires hats to be worn. Not an issue but were not told until we were poolside and about to swim so had to get dressed, return to the room for payment and go to reception to buy a hat. Then back to the pool. Would’ve been nice if they told us when we asked about the pool at reception

Super clean and comfortable hotel. We had a one-night transit at Seoul airport so decided to treat ourselves, it was absolutely worth it. The room service was fantastic, great big bed, lovely bathroom, easy free shuttle service to/from the airport. Would stay again.

Some more details on *where* to catch the free shuttle service at the airport would have been appreciated. For terminal 2, the bus leaves from the same level as the arrival gate, not from the main bus section - just walk straight out from the arrival gates (you should see a small sign above the door saying ‘Free shuttle service’).

I have a toddler and I chose this hotel because I saw that they have a playground - I chose right. My daughter enjoyed playing at the playground and also the large courtyard. They have scooters available for loan for free and a big open space for kids to run around. I saw noticed that they have an awesome indoor pool area with a kids' pool.

The hotel was huge and have different towers - we arrived by taxi at the main tower and had to walk for 10 mins to the correct tower to check in. This is not ideal if you arrive late at night and have suitcases and a toddler with you. The buffet breakfast was pretty expensive, pretty average quality and also they limit the eating time (I can't remember the limit now but I recalled it being something quite unreasonable like 30 or 45 minutes).

it’s about the balance. they did not go by the balance Booking.com specified at the time of reservation. they simply ignored the book.com price. If you will, please look into it. I will simply book hotels and airfare for overseas by contacting the companies directly.

Room was great : spacious, clean. Loved the mini spa with sauna and hot and cold pools. There is a women,s only and men,s only spa accessible via the west tower swimming pool change rooms. Swimming pool was great. I was there 1 night traveling through Seoul. I was blown away by the gobsmacking breakfast, included with my booking. Staff were absolutely superb. You couldn,t ask for better. It was like a mini vacation before reaching my final destination. 24 hour room service did not disappoint.

Proximity to the international airport was great and loved the free shuttle service schedule. The facility offered great amenities and food. I like the international food choices. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice.

The air conditioning didn’t work well. I got to the room and it was 80F and took forever to cool down. The air barely circulated on high and didn’t feel cold. The room could never get around 70F. At best it got to 74F which is warm. This was a big disappointment for a Grand Hyatt hotel. I stayed here to rest before a long flight home.

One night layover, got an upgrade and the room was fabulous. Beautiful hotel, comfy and modern, with fully equipped great gym. The shuttle service is good, but take into account it takes a while to get to the city by the time you add the shuttle time and walk to the train station, and almost an hour on the train.

If you want to go out late at night to the city this isn't the place for you, the shuttle stops early and even if you make it to the airport it's a bit of a mission finding a taxi to take you back from there. The area around the hotel doesn't look very inviting.

Amazing location. The room was spacious, they have 24 hour room service, crisp sheets and blankets, and the rain shower was my favorite feature. The hotel is close to the Incheon airport with a direct shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. We stayed here the last day of our trip in Korea to be close to the airport for our flight back home to the U.S. Easy, stress free, with plenty of time to spare.

Checking in took a long time. There was a long queue and only 2 people working the front desks. Waited 15-20 minutes. I didn’t have to wait that long in any of the other 8 hotels I checked in to during my trip. 10% Tax was added to the total cost. Korean hotels have the tax already included in their prices. This hotel added it afterward. They added 10% tax for room service food items as well.

This hotel, its staff and facilities are excellent and the breakfast was very good too. The rooms are large, very clean, very quiet and nicely appointed. The gym looked very well equipped and the pool is good but be aware that you need a swimming cap to use it.

There is a dedicated hotel shuttle bus which is great but only runs every 1/2 hr. Since the hotel is only 5mins drive from the airport terminal it would have been nice if this bus was a little more frequent.
