The room was very clean and spacious. We saw other people complaining about the room key entrance system but we actually found it to be very convenient as we didn't need to worry about carrying a room key. Access to and from the room is controlled by buttons inside and outside of the door and the staff were very quick to open the door. We enjoyed the coloured ambient lighting in the room. The room having free Netflix and a computer was also a lovely bonus. There are 3 convenience stores within walking distance of the hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights and every morning our room was cleaned and water bottles replenished. The room also had blackout mirrors on the windows which made sleeping wonderful. It was also very quiet. Also, the free coffee machine in the lobby was awesome! We would definitely stay there again.
We liked everything about the hotel. It would be nice if the staff could speak a little more English for foreign guests.

The guy at the reception was expecting me so there was no explanation from my side needed. He was quick with the check-in process too. The room was well-equipped which left me super impressed.

It was pretty clean for the most part. Very quiet too. The staff was nice and surprisingly could speak some English as well.
While the room was clean, you can tell someone had been smoking in the room. Also there's no key so you have to tell the front desk every time you come and go from your room. Also the hotel is really far from anything in the city.

The room was exceptionally clean and the lighting was interesting. The spa bath was lovely. Very nice TV, too. The floor heating wasn't set to high. The room was spacious.
Expected the beds to be more comfortable and soft. Had a hard time checking in due to the language barrier.

The door lock. It was so frustrating because no one assisted or helped us in the first place how to lock ans unlock the doors. You have to call to have someone unlock your door. Bed was too hard.
