Staff friendly and happy to help. The room was very clean, modern and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast buffet was very good with such a wide variety. I think is great value for money even it's a bit far to downtown.

Everything seems new in the hotel, with a pleasant design and a great deal of amenities. The staff was very friendly and highly responsive. The room was very clean and was equipped with everything you could expect (minus slippers, but that isn't really an issue), with a particular mention for the shower which we found very nice and relaxing. Breakfast was fine for us and we really enjoyed the availability of a waffle machine, which was a nice touch.

The location is the only thing stopping me from awarding a perfect 10, but it really isn't that bad, just a bit far from downtown seeing as Tirgu Mures isn't that large of a city.

It's a fairly new building, so everything works properly, the rooms were very clean and well equipped. There's a very good restaurant right next to the hotel, we had dinner there. Breakfast was delicious, check-in/check-out went smoothly and the hotel staff is kind and helpful.

The location is not best. It's a bir further away from the city center and surrounded by the railway behind the hotel and some warehouse in the front. I was worried about the room being too noisy due to the trains, but that wasn't a problem at all, you can barely hear them with the window closed.

It was very clean and peaceful, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff said would get WiFi by using the last name of the person on the reservation but it didn't work and we called them to let them know about it and they were going to fix but probably didn't get to it before our stay was over

Nice new hotel, clean and cozy in a quite area.

There could be more variations at the breakfast and also there was always something missing that we need to ask for (cutlery, coffee beans in the machine, warm milk, etc). Maybe we had too high expectations from a 4 star Hilton hotel, but I’m sure they can learn and improve. Also a bit too expensive.

I was asked on the application if I want a room for smoking or non-smoking room. It seems that all rooms are non-smoking.

Design, looks, comfort of the hotel is wonderful. Room is very nicely decorated. One can judge the quality of finishings by the doors in the room. This hotel has thick, heavy, almost like fireproof doors in every room. Location is not center but not far, Tg. Mures being a not too big city.

I liked the arrangement of the room as well as the way of preparing the breakfast. It is a very quiet area.

It is a bit further from the city center for walking but you can use public transport, taxi or ride sharing.

The hotel is very new and well designed The staff is extremely nice Rooms are really quiet The waffle maker at breakfast is a nice bonus :)

The breakfast variety could be better, but it's not really a deal breaker
