Hotel Privo

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The room was excellent and we enjoyed getting a chance to relax in the spa at the end of the day. The staff were lovely and the general atmosphere of the hotel is nice. The views you get over the city are beautiful.

We had some problems connecting to the wifi in our room; the receptionist supplied us with a portable wifi which worked fine for a day, but needed to be replaced again the next evening. On our previous stay we did not encounter this problem.

The hotel is quite impressive - it has a futuristic style and keeps it from the reception up to the rooms and bathrooms. There are two restaurants and the meals are delicious. The breakfast is with a lot of choices and quite good. There is a private parking lot, but it happens to be crowded. The stuff is friendly and kindly to help you.

Although is a 4* hotel, it feels a little old and rusted. The walls, the furniture, the doors look overused and scratched. They need to do something with the garbage car which uses to operate at 4:10 in the morning with very heavy noise.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was really delicious and offering a lot of options. The restaurant at the lowest level of the hotel offers a very delicious food.

The list of prices in the room for the massage service was not up to date, so the real prices were of course higher than on the list.

modern, clean and very comfortable hotel. the rooms very nice, the shower is great. The amazing sunset over the entire city is visible from the rooms and the corridors. Breakfast has also great selection. The spa area is also very nice and open late. Close to the city center.

I liked the modern rooms, we stayed in the executive rooms with the shower in the middle of the room. This type of room is huge and comfortable.

The “spa” area is a joke, the jacuzzi tub was pretty dirty, the gym virtually non-existent. For a 500 ron (with genius discount) room per night I think it is definitely not worth it. The staff seemed pretty bored too.

Great location, well kept very clean facilities and the staff were very friendly! Also breakfast was great 👌

The spa although it’s cool that it’s free for guests, it’s more of a small leisure center of sorts, rather than an actual spa. But that’s the only thing I could mention, everything was great though 👍

The design is on our taste. Minimalistic. The staff is very professional. The location is beautiful. You can see that the hotel is getting a bit run down, in the small things, there is dust in the ventilation in the bathroom, a bit of flooded marks on the ceiling, some of the stuff in the room are run down and have marks or stains, also due to design. We had toiled paper thrown in the toilet ( obviously a mistake) , and the water we drank from the minibar was not charged to compensate the bad taste of a toilet that seemed not properly cleaned. I also need to mention that at the check out I mentioned it to the reception and they said they would have changed the room, but we only slept there a night for transit and we were already changed to go to bed when we noticed so we did not call the reception. Otherwise they would have changed the room. Reason why I said the staff in professional. For us it was a 9. I would recommend it for the price we booked it on booking, the full price I don't think it is worth it at the current state of the hotel.

The staff was very nice. Everything was very clean. Good prices. The restaurant has some very interesting dishes representing a reinterpretation of some traditional recipes.

I still don't know how to mark the room as unavailable so that the cleaners don't enter.

I appreciated the modern hotel, with clean rooms & friendly staff. I also appreciated the underground parking and the restaurant, which served really good food which I recommend. Breakfast I also thought was very nice: from sweet to savoury it was something for everyone :)

What I'd appreciate more is maybe some more room for the gym & spa area/more developed gym & spa area.
