Clean, well appointed rooms, if on the cosy side. We particularly appreciated the ability to do laundry. Location was very convenient for the metro.

It would have been tricky to fit two people with luggage in the room I had.

The kitchenette was well supplied with cooking utensils and dining ware for 2! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was really nice too! There's a cute mama shop where we were entitled to 5 free items and instead of the regular disposable plastic bottles, large glass bottles were provided and we can fill them with still or sparkling water at the Level 2 pantry. For guests who are exploring the city in the day time, bring a reusable water bottle to fill it! The pantry also has an ice machine and a coffee dispenser, just bring the ice tumbler/cups to fill them! Love the steps taken to be sustainable. Also, the location is great for foodies! Good food in the vicinity and really close to the MRT station.

Nitpicking here but it would be great if there are instruction cards on how to operate the induction stove and the microwave. Perhaps there were cards but I could have missed it oops. Design-wise, the stairs to the bed is a little steep, please be careful!

We liked everything. This little place was simply stunning, nothing was too much trouble. It’s a 2 min walk to Jelan Besar MRT line which is on the Downtown line, which we now know is the best line to be connected to. We stayed in room 201. Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very well appointed, super clean and had nice toiletries. The staff couldn’t do anything more to be more personable or helpful- they really cared about us and we felt very welcomed. The shared facilities on floor 2 included - plunge pool, free laundry facilities, bean to cup coffee machine and sparkling water dispensing tap. We honestly couldn’t believe our luck at booking this place. It was simply perfect.

Modern hotel with all the necessary amenities. Room was spacious with a nice modern kitchenette & bathroom. There's a pantry on the 2nd floor that offers free water, tea + coffee. The room had a fridge (didn't pay much attention what else was there). Bed was very comfy. Staff was very nice and helpful during the stay + check-out. The area is at the southern end of Little India. It's right next to an MRT (aka metro) station and walking distance to central spots in Singapore. Wouldn't be put off by the location: It's so easy to get around Singapore and the city is supersafe anyway. There's a bunch of restos near the hotel that offer takeaway. Also found a very good coffee shop nearby. I found the room rate pretty good, esp if you compare it to the average Singapore hotel rate. Oakwood hotels usually offer a very good standard and this one delivers too!

Note to the hotel manager: Please put bedside tables next to the bed. That was definitely missing.

Clean, efficient (if small) rooms with a good desk to work at, quite comfy beds and a good bathroom. Kinda small for the price, but it's a solid choice and close to lots of good food. The staff are friendly and helpful, the "mama shop" freebies are cute, and I love the fact you have free laundry there for longer stays. Great business hotel. A nice bonus, the Michelin-rated Sri Lankan restaurant Kotuwa is on the bottom floor and the food is fantastic. So, an easy choice if you've had a long day, getting back from business meetings, and just want an exceptionally yummy, nice meal and to crash.

Only one movie channel that played the same movies. No cartoon channel. There is no provision for getting breakfast if you want it. There is no gym. While the room are marked as soundproofed in the description I could clearly hear noise from outside on the street (dog barking, noisy revellers).

The hotel is right on the edge of Little India, so near great restaurants and the hustle and bustle, yet far enough away to be very quiet. We especially loved the little terrace and dipping pool - perfect for chilling out in the evening. The decor is fabulous and our room very cleverly designed to make the most of the space. Although smallish it had everything you need including an iron and ironing board! The coffee and sparking mineral water station in the corridor is great, and there is even an ice machine. Great laundry facilities too. All the staff are very approachable and helpful, and arranged a taxi to the airport for us. We've already booked our next stay here on our return to Singapore!

The room was on the small size if you had to stay longer than a few days or work from the hotel.

Compact but super chic hotel in the middle of a vibrant and convenient area but miraculously not noisy at all in the room (we were on the 3rd floor). The room is of a reasonable size, but the amount of storage they manage to fit within it, plus the kitchenette, sizable bathroom AND proper working area with an extra dining table and an armchair, is really impressive to say the least. We would happily be able to stay a week longer and not feel too cramped as a family of three. I have stayed in other hotels in Singapore at a similar rate and could not wait to get out after three nights. The bathroom is just the right size. The toilet has a butt spray, which is not common in Singapore. Great quality shower fixtures and amenities. Water pressure was perfect. No annoying leaks from shower room door. Ample shelving even in the bathroom. Toilet paper was good quality. What more can I ask for? Extra kudos to storage under the bed that fits a big luggage JUST right...that's thoughtful hotel room design, if I've ever seen any. Staffs were friendly. Lobby area was just as nice as any cafe would be. Mama shop downstairs was filled with fun stuff albeit limited. Elevator worked smoothly with a view of the small orchard in the middle of the hotel, which was really special, too. Water refilling area had options of sparkling water, ice and even coffee...also thoughtful. I would say this hotel is all in all super thoughtfully designed and great all around. If they can maintain the standard, we would definitely go back again and again, and then again.

For the size of the room, the bed could afford to be a little bigger. It was queen or maybe a little smaller than a queen? But then we were traveling with our 4-year-old who would kick and rotate his body all the way through the night, so the size of the bed as a problem. For a normal couple, or single traveller, I don't think the bed size would pose a problem. Another tiny teeny problem was that the bathroom door always closes with a loud bang. It wasn't loud enough to wake up our kid, so all's great. So really we have not complaint.

Room (and hotel for that matter): Kept in minimalistic, modern architectural approach clearly using high-end materials (reminded me to a certain extend about the CX lounges designed by Ilse Crawford), the limited space is used perfectly and a little kitchenette is always a plus. Stayed in room 309 which is kind of a single room not surrounded by other rooms which helped a lot for the piece of mind. Coffee machine (CHE - Juta) and sparking water dispenser on L2 were a nice add-on. Did not use the Jacuzzi but looked great. Bed extremely comfortable

As it relates to room 309: The blinds are terrible and do not really work, where there is light in the main hallway, that means room 309 is bright all night as well.

This is our second stay at Wanderlust Hotel this year. We stayed for 8 nights each time. I've already written an absolute rave review for the last stay and because we love this place so much, I'm going write another rave review for this stay, too. Everything was still just as fabulous, the only issue with the space was the queen size bed, which was extremely comfortable but too small for a family with one growing child. Other than that, the space was so thoughtfully designed, with ample and so well thought out storages. The bathroom is super spacious and water pressure was super. The kitchenette was also spacious, they even provided all the necessary utensils and microwaves. This time around Wanderlust gained even more points from me with the addition of filtered water tap within the room, which made life a million times easier for us. There's even a dining table hidden under the work table that can be pulled out and put away after use, so thoughtful, once again. We used the free launderette provided this time, and it was clean and so easy to use. The dipping pool isn't the cleanest and it's not under the shade but my boy and I had a good moment dipping our legs there. The lounge downstairs is so chic, my son and I took some drinks down to drink there and pretended it was our cafe time. Also, we love Little India, we found a decent dim sum place and Vietnamese restaurant just around the corner. Like, what more could you ask for? A bigger bed, maybe, but that's it. The day we checked in there was a problem of cigarettes smell on our floor because a guest broke the house rule and smoked inside their room. The hotel staffs took immediate actions and even offered us an upgrade to the loft room, which was absolutely gorgeous but not really safe for a family with small child, so we stayed in our original room, happily, though.

We would absolutely would like to make Wanderlust our home base in Singapore as we have to go back many times per year. The only issue is I'm finding the rate for the rooms have been going up since the first time we booked right after Covid...so...sad story, we may have to look for somewhere new. Oh, also the size of the bed was a bit small for a family with a growing child.
