The bed was comfortable
There was uses tooth brush and tooth paste in the toilet Staff service was a bit bad call receptionist for a few time but didn’t answer and I had to use my mobile to call the hotel hotline number from the internet.

No mirror in the room because of that it was very difficulty to get ready. They have given only one mirror that is also in bathroom and breakfast is not good.

The room is too small, I could hear my neighbours, the door looks like it could be easily opened (though it has been locked), the toilet paper is brown and the TV doesn’t work.

Hotel Room is very small. No windows very nasty environment. No lift. Property didn't cooperate with guests. Open sky is better than this hotel.

At arrival, the hotel manager insists me to pay 3% extra compare to booking.com price, if not, i should pay cash. I lived there 7 days, they never cleaned my room(i am not in quarantine to be precise). However, they entered my room just to put some toxic “perfume”. When check out, they wanted to see my "proof of payment" ....so chaos. This hotel is very noisy, it has bars and Restaurants downstairs...at the day time, the entire 7 days,there was outside construction noise too. The bed is uncomfortable.
