RELC International Hotel

The rooms were spacious and clean.

The toilets didn’t have faucets and breakfast spread was not very good. expected more variety in the breakfast.

location is a bit out the way, but taxis are available by booking, MRT station short walk

the room is quite spacious, and I was very surprised when the hotel offered to carry our things to the room. in the room there is a microwave, and cutlery (plates, bowls and cutlery).

the location of this hotel is quite far from the MRT station, where we have to walk at least 15 minutes to the nearest MRT station. and we couldn't afford to do that because we were traveling with our children, so we had to rent a grab car to take us from the hotel to the nearest MRT station.

The location is good, near the resident housing are, I like quite and relax place for my vacation. The room is big for our family with 5 peoples, clean and comfy, overall everything is good. Value for money!

No extra toilet tissue in the bath room, No extra garbage plastic in the room.

We loved the spacious room size! 4 of us in the room and there was plenty of space to move around and do our prayers. The 2 sofas and the coffee table at the windows gave us a pleasant view while enjoying our breakfast, lunch or dinner. The bathroom was a good big size and very clean. Toiletries replenished daily.

While the mattress and duvets were cosy and comfortable, the pillows were not fluffy enough. They became flat after a while. Each queen bed had only 2 pillows. Lucky there were 2 extra pillows in the closet for myself and husband. My 2 daughters had to make do with their not so fluffy pillow.

Location, big clean room, good choice of English Television Channels, free bottles of water. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Towels were very thin and there were no hand towels. Breakfast needed more western style foods. The additional tile ledge between bathroom and hall a trip hazard for older guests

Wish there was a good eating area for breakfast and dinner. this is my 4th time staying here.Need to improve on your cafeteria or restaurant. If this is up to standard I'm very sure you will hit the 5star level. Thank you.

good location. large triple rooms

F&B outlet on 4th floor doesn’t refill even if you ask them to. Basic things like eggs were not refilled despite reminding several times. I finally had to go all the way down to the reception and ask the duty manager to intervene

The balcony is not clean. The floor in room too hard and specially in room 911 the floor was not flat, so we slept on the other side of the head

big room, and they give us upgraded room if there is availibility .

far from orchard if by walking with eldery people, so we take taxi everywhere
