Excellent reception staff, very helpful and friendly.

Could do with shelves and coat hangers to place clothes and towels.

Room is simple but comfortable. Bathroom is small and it's an Asian style wet bathroom, but it's clean and it's great to have a hot, strong shower after a busy day sightseeing. Location is great; there's a bus stop in front of the hotel, a hawker centre next door (great foods, very cheap), easy to get a taxi. Staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable.

They never changed the coffee/tea cups. Pillows are a bit hard.

The location is the best since 1. It has a food center right beside it 2. It has 2 bus stations beside and in front of it 3. Waking distance from 2 malls that sells groceries The hotel itself is the best because of 1. Very approachable, accommodating, and nice staff 2. Very clean rooms 3. Very comfortable amenities 4. Doesn’t lack any basic functionalities

Nice and tidy rooms that justify the rates. Cleaning done superbly and always a smile on the housekeeping lady who cleaned our room. Special note to the front office ladies for always welcoming us with a bright smile after a tiresome day of activities. The staff makes the difference and they are so lovely.

The staff are very friendly, the room is clean and everything works well. The location is on a big road and it's easy to reach everywhere from there.

The room was very small. During my 5 days stay in SG, I spent the a few days somewhere else and went back here again but got an even smaller room, I couldn't even open my luggage properly. The hallway was narrow too, only fit for 1 person.

room was okay we got the twin bed. beddings and towel were clean and had fast internet. the staff were so kind and understanding. asked for additional water for hot water and they gave us 2 bottles. thanks...its near the bus stop which is convenient for us, 7 eleven and some hawker stalls. 👍👍

We booked for 2 beds but had to take one and it was too small for us. Pillows were too hard.

The room was clean. Receptionists were kind. Daily complimentary water. Hotel is infront of a bus stop.

The room was a little tight, and I reserved for a twin bed but ended up on a single queen bed.

Very good value for money in Singapore. I'd like highlight the friendliness of the employees at the reception. I arrived late at night and the receptionist was very patient and friendly. On the next day I made a similarly positive experience with a different receptionist. Thank you both 😀! I can recommend the hotel.

The hotel is right at the bus stop so very easy to go to anywhere. It's also 20m to food stores (abt 10 stores gather)

Room and facilities seem not new, but still okay.
