We booked two bedrooms apartment. - It was new, clean - all staff are friendly and welcoming, they will provide you with what you requested in short period. - great location: 1 min to grocery and many restaurants. 10min away from souq waqif by car. - will come again for sure

- the building is not the same building of reception and gym/ swimming pool, it is located next to it. - the deposit amount of 2,000 riyal which was not mentioned in booking terms. This to be mentioned prior booking. - little bit was delay in checking in which took almost 45 min. - no metro station near

I loved everything about this hotel and their staff. They pay attention to details, amazing services, polite staff. The hotel receptionists were especially helpful in everything I’ve asked them. My room had a great view, was spacious, full of sunlight…..The toilet was spacious too! Loved every detail about the room. I loved the oat house restaurant breakfast, and loved sitting at the rooftop at sprezzi. The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to most touristic places, as well as the metro. It was a beautiful stay, and would definitely come back again here if I visited Doha again.

I like thats its well maintained, and our rooms are clean. The service of the security, valet, housekeeping and the in room dining. They are very welcoming and friendly, you will not feel intimidated or hesitant to talk to them unlike some other 5star hotel we have been even the luxury hotel didnt match the kindness of security and valet staff. I commend also how the in room dining handles the new year, as i know its very busy inside the hotel but we called them twice and still feel that they happy to serve, also great appreciation to the housekeeping staff who always clean our room especially on the 1st nyt and last nyt, everything is perfect. Feels like home inside the room. Highly recommended hotel!

The staff were super nice and helpful, the food at the restaurants was delicious. The ambiance at the Moroccan restaurant was amazing, super chilled for a relaxed dinner on the terrace. The reception staff was helpful, always smiling and with good recommendations. The library was hands down my favourite spot to read a book, have a quiet moment or watch tv. The spa was always clean and empty wich was perfect for me! It was a perfect oasis, the hotel and the staff treated us well and will definitely come back!

I liked that hotel felt clean, new, love that there is a bathtub. I liked the breakfast as well, they literally have the best waffles and a choice of lactose free milks. The reception staff were very helpful as well.

The toilet was always clogging! Even if I put the toilet paper in the trash bin. Also, during breakfast staff was very vague. Even when there were not many people you would have to wait for your coffee for 15-20 mins.. I feel like they should train their staff more.

The location, the stuff, the cleanliness, facilities- all was just perfect. Also i liked the apartment we stayed in. It was cozy and full of all necessary items

The only thing i would reccomend is to make breakfast menu more different. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and all these days the meal during breakfast there was the same. Ok it was tasty but to eat the same thing everyday is not so attractive😊

The location was great for the purpose we came for. The rooms were lovely and very clean. The staff were very helpful. I had some issues with the booking which they helped to sort out quickly without stress

Nice bathroom. Room well equipped with very nice bed. All required ameneties.

Window very small. Loud music coming from adjacent room took 2 calls to guest services to deal with. Housekeeping needs improvedment. On one occasion coffee and tea not replenished and cups not cleaned. Some of the guests particularly during breakfast lack manners.

Clean modern hotel great facilities and very nice room with helpful friendly staff. Sukhaina at reception was great from checking us in to checkout a lovely person and credit to the hotel.

The location, the size of the apartment and all the facilities it has. The kindness of the staff. A special thanks for the receptionist Ika for giving me a discount for my extension of one more night. Additionally, I would also like to thank the valet staff for their service.
