The hotel staff were friendly, the room was clean and the temp as perfect. When we arrived the room had only 3 towels and we were 4 so they brought us more towels.

Everything was great except for two things: 1-Our air conditioner was making a low uneven banging all night and we couldn’t sleep. 2-The tv repair man came knocking on a nearby room and shouting outloud for the person to open the room and it was too early in the morning. He has a very strong voice and it was very annoying. We were looking forward to sleeping better.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the location was very convenient for us. The staff was extremely friendly and very timely with any requests we had.

There was no restaurant on the premises. We do understand that they are planning to construct one in the near future. I was disappointed to see that the pool was covered. I was looking forward to some sunshine. We requested a room for three; the additional bed was a pull-out chair. It was not very comfortable. I thought we would have a twin bed for the 3rd occupant.

hotel lobby was nice. room was very clean. shower was nice, pool was nice, staff was very friendly. I wasn’t too sure of area when we arrived but was pleasantly surprised by hotel.

apparently only 1 pillow per person is allowed. I had never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have 4 on a bed. our family of 4 means each person could only have 1 and they are the kind that go flat when you lay on them. we asked for a couple extra and were informed they do not give extra pillows. my daughter and I have back problems so we use a second to prop up legs which meant my son and husband gave up their pillows for us. kinda sad. they wanted us to be comfortable but that meant they were not. the hotel bedding was so nice so this makes no sense. you should at least have extras available for guests that ask. a pillow seems trivial but it’s actually very important to some guests.

This Location is extremely clean and the staff is friendly and accomodating. The pool is nice and big. The parking lot is big and area felt safe. Hotel is fairly new and decor is modern and nice. AC on premise. We stayed in disability access room.

Bring quarters for the laundry machine on premise if planning to stay long term and use. The windows need mosquito netting on the floors and perhaps mosquito zappers.

Clean. New. Accessible. Economic. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is as pictured with the exception of ongoing exterior remodeling work.

I see the price is already going up and the exterior facilities aren't fully remodeled yet. The pool is cold. Also, bottom floors are subjected to noise from pool area, even when it closes at 10pm people are allowed to hang out in the area until early morning (e.g. 3am) and it can be annoying.

I liked the accessibility of the facilities and closeness to the city center. Good restaurants at very short distance from the hotel.

Too pricy for not including at least a simple/std. or basic breakfast meal, which could probably be arranged with close by food business. Having on sIte EV charge stations would have been a super plus to me.

Still all new and modern. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful

The room was very small indeed and the bed was small. In the morning there was a construction site next door. Not the hotel's fault, but as the rooms are so densely packed, you can hear everything from the corridor. People could be a bit more considerate of each other….

Excellent location, friendly service, good cleanliness, comfortable rooms. We went for a close commitment and we want to return for vacation.

You pay for parking but you do not have a guaranteed space. They put us in a space one night and very early in the morning they woke us up to move the car. It was the only day we had to sleep.

Modern decor, clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Our daughter loved the pool. Super easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.

Additional parking fee; no microwave available in the room.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms have air conditioner. Very comfortable.

Fire alarm would randomly go off sometimes in the morning. Wifi didn’t work.
