It is an absolutely amazing place! Very new, exquisite design and materials! In a heart of Sintra old town, steps from the trail to Pena Palace and Moorish Castle, 10 minutes walk to Quinta da Regaleira. Did I mention the view from the room? Out of this world! And exceptional breakfast in a morning! And such a great host!!! Don’t think twice - if you plan to stay in Sintra, that’s the place to be!

ideal location to visit Sintra, the hop on - hop off bus stops 30 M from the hotel, restaurants, shops and Sintra palace are at walking distance. Very nice hotel. Good breakfast.

Villa Belated Vista is an amazingly beautiful hotel. It is perhaps the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a small boutique hotel and the location, staff, view and location is phenomenal! The room was perfect with a lovely view of Sintra. The bathroom is so beautiful with a beautiful view as well. Everything was black and white marble. Breathtaking! Breakfast was fresh and delicious with warm breads, eggs and croissants and fresh fruit. The staff were so attentive and friendly and always had time to make recommendations and answer questions. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and can’t wait to return.

Excellent! Best view in Sintra! Small bouqtiue hotel overlooking the town square but yet away fron the noise. Rooms are simple but well decorated. The place was gorgeously designed and newly renovated with bwautiful marble floors and hwated bathroom floors. Breakfast was amazing, freshly baked croissants and great quality. Owner is friendly and takes pride in her property. Walking distance from town and reguileira.

Parking can be a pain since there are limited lots (20 meters before hotel). Don't miss it or you will have to take another 20minute route to get back to the hotel! If you arrive on weekends or during the day, you will unlikely get any parking, better luck in the evenings when tourists leave since it is the closest free parking from 2 major palace attractions.

Great location on a major route to Pena Palace and Initiation Well. The main lane down the hill, with most restaurants and shops, started a 100 feet away. Hotel sits above the main tourist part of town, great view of the National Palace. Manager gave us her phone number if we had an issues, when we checked in. We were early and they held our luggage and transfered to our room, for us.

The only entrance to the hotel is six inches from a major, one way road, that has numerous buses, every few minutes. Locals seem to be good with this reality, where us tourists and scrambling to get away from being hot by passing side mirrors. We did see people with baby carriages navigate these narrow streets, so it is doable. If you have issues walking, then it may be a good fit. There are trade offs with great location, great rooms, great views, just very limited access. Most tourists stay limited days, we were four nights, so having the exact same breakfast each day, grew old. Food was fresh and great service.

The location of the hotel was great. It is close to the action but not so close that it feels crowded. It has a beautiful view down towards the town activities. The breakfast was very nice and prepared with great care individually for each set of guests. The room was also very nice and peaceful, quaint stay. The team taking care of the guests also provide great care and consideration to the guests in terms of meal reservations, itinerary planning, and even let me take a shower before departing after I had already checked out on a hot day! Thank you!

The location was excellent and minutes from the Palacio Nacional and all the restaurants, also the bus stop for the Peña Palace and Castelo dos Mouros is very close on the same road. The villa is superbly located overlooking Palacio Nacional so the city view is absolutely stunning. The villa is immaculate and stylish with extensive use of white marble, the breakfast was great and very generous. Alexandra Santos was very helpful including finding us a parking space, which is extremely difficult in Sintra due to the narrow roads in the centre - suggest you leave the car at the periphery of the city as you can easily get a bus, a taxi, an Uber or even a tuk tuk.

Stylish hotel in a beautiful location just a short walk from the old town (albeit steep!). Friendly staff and good breakfast. Stunning view from our room. Was lovely to stay over the night in Sintra to enjoy the town once all the crowds had left.

Parking is a challenge! We were told we could park on the street outside but when we arrived it was full so we continued along the road to look for alternatives but you then had to drive 25km to get back round the town and there was no other route. We ended up parking in the new town near the bus and train station which was a 30 min walk back to the hotel up a very steep cobbled street ending with lots of steps! Not the best start! Was worth it though as the hotel was lovely and the views amazing. My advice - don’t arrive by car!

Beautifully renovated property with fabulous views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. We had a large room, very comfy bed & balcony with views to the palace. Very friendly owner and staff who did everything to make our stay unforgettable. Happy to recommend this accommodation if you’re coming to Sintra… we’re telling our friends to stay here. A tip for those thinking of driving (we didn’t) … don’t bother with a car … parking is limited within the town and just adds to the congestion - public transport and Uber / Bolt are easily accessible and fairly cheap.

The staff at this Bed and Breakfast were really, really,great, very helpful and very kind. The breakfast is fantastic, and delicious and fresh food is served daily. The beds are super comfortable, the floors in the bathroom are heated. That was a nice touch. There is a terrace where you can sit out and enjoy the gorgeous view of Sintra at night.

I really wanted a balcony room and when I booked a 2 night stay here, I was booking with the awareness that I was going to have one and I was disappointed that I did not have a balcony room for the price I paid to stay there. Getting to the place was a bit tricky, hard to find even with google maps, but people are really helpful in Portugal and once I found the place, it was (although at the top of a hill) easy to navigate back and forth to.
