Beach House Outeirinho

- very clean - excellent host - breakfast was amazing - pool area was beautiful - quiet area, out of the way but easy and cheap enough to get an Uber into town or a downhill 30 minute walk.

Property was excellent, only thing I can think is that it could have done with a couple of extras in the room - glasses - tea and coffee making facilities - an extra bin rather than just the bathroom bin

This was a gem find for a family of three. The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained and professionally run by the entire team. Everything was well thought out, from the serving trays to the morning breakfast. My daughter was given a plate of tiny pancakes which I don't think was a regular item on their menu. Everyone was charming and kind, an incredibly welcoming place to stay at while in Ericeira. I highly recommend it to families.

The owner is so welcoming and offered us an upgrade. We were in the olive room. The b&b is new, spotless, comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and offers meat, cheese, yogurt, breads, sweets, juice; one day we hadceggs, the next pancakes. The breakfast room is bright and large. Nice balcony, good wifi, and good parking. It's easy to drive to Mafra and Ericeira for day trips. This is a great quiet place if traveling by car.

The breakfast was very poor coffee was instant coffee We would of rather gone out for breakfast lowest quality anyone could offer also the property has dogs that bark and the owner leaves them in a cage with there dog mess. not very nice pool is super freezing

Cleanliness and respect for COVID rules, great breakfast, owner always available and very helpful re indications of where to go/ what to do in the area, car parking easily accessible, town centre in about 5 ms reach (by car)

Three issues: 1) room did not have a wardrobe, which in case of a stay beyond 2-3 days would have been an issue, 2) one of the 2 towels available was damp even prior to use, hence both towels remained wet after the first use and and were not changed by the room service, 3) there are safety issues around the pool (at the entrance area, where the edges of the steps should be highlighted by some fluorescent strips to avoid people beating their heads while approaching this area swimming)

The host is very welcoming and very friendly. Overall we had an amazing week in Ericeira. The location is also very good, but you do need a car to move around, about 5 minutes quick drive to central Ericeira.

The main entrance door at the property is very annoying, bangs everytime you open/close it. Can get frustrating if you’re trying to get an early night sleep. Mosquitoes are also a pest in the area, nothing to do with the property or anything, but make sure you’re prepared with something against mosquitoes if you’re travelling in the season.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Beach house. The manager is very helpful and makes the most delicious breakfast for you. The place is also very clean and you have a Nice pool. Perfect spot to enjoy your vacation!

You need to walk for 30min to go the Beach/restaurants. An uber is around 5-10 euro's and is the cheapest way to get around. You can also rent a bicycle for 18 euro/day.

Great hosts and attention to detail. The breakfast was a real highlight and very personal. The pool area is also beautiful and great for chilling.

In my opinion it’s a pity that the breakfast suffers from a bad coffee. Add some nice drip coffee and it would be perfect!

Lurdes is a great host, always ready to help. Very beautiful and clean rooms. Every day they clean up the room and bed and give new towels to shower. Breakfast is served with love. More then enough, fresh traditional bread from Mafra, fruit, yoghurt, bakings.. The location is good, outside the village Ericeira but 5mins by car. Easy to park the car.

This B&B is lovely, it is a quiet place to relax. The owner and her staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nicely decorated and quite spacious. The bathroom was rather small, but everything needed was at hand. The breakfast is simple but good.

The name 'beach house' might somewhat be misleading as the beach is not nearby at all. However, it is only a 10min drive away and you can easily park for free in Ericeira town. The pool area could use a spruce up.
