Almost Everything, the stuff was really nice too especially the blond guy with long hair & tattoos, was super nice & very helpful with all of us.

The only few things we didn't like was that the restaurant & especially the bar closes @10pm sharp in a 4 star hotel & even they close you outside the terrace without notice and you have to turn around the hotel to get inside from the main door and the last thing is that if the clients don't make the sign to do their room, it is suppose for the cleaners NOT TO ENTER WITHOUT PERMISSION from the occupants of the room unless their is a fire or a high risk of something in the room with a security!

Big, comfy room with several tea/coffee options provided. Great breakfast options, convenient parking, hassle-free check in and check out.

The only thing that was a bit confusing was that the staff wasn't very clear about how the parking works. The hotel parking is behind a ramp but you don't get a card or any instructions about getting in and out. They let you in and out after you press a certain button next to the ramp - but it would've been helpful to learn about the process from the staff.

Nice rooms, and plenty of breakfast options. Convenient location for my return visits. Solid selection of in-room tea/coffee options.

The staff is unfriendly. The carpets in the hallways are stained all over. The parking lot access is inconvenient. The mini fridge in the room is situated in a cupboard where it most likely isn't supposed to be because it's seriously overheating and most likely posing a fire hazard.

Checking was nice and easy. The man at reception was a cool dude. Room had windows to open or AC for cool the room which worked nicely.

Some kids were in next rooms and they were loud until midnight. I told them to shut up around 22:30 which helped a bit but I didn't call reception. Wifi was bit unstable and was losing connection from time to time.

Good parking (not free however), great location for families as there is a waterpark next door. The room was very clean and the beds were good. We stayed here on our roadtrip to recharge our batteries and get some well-earned rest.

Shower water pressure wasn't the best

the location was excellent for me as it was near to where I needed to be. Also right next door to the water park which was very convenient. as a solo traveller I also felt safe here.

My room was directly above the kitchen/breakfast area and I was woken up every morning around 6am with delivery noise and preparation noise. i will be staying again and requesting I don’t get this room again.

The staff were friendly, professional, and eager to help. We had a couple of issues with our stay and the staff and management were fantastic in addressing them, to the point that the individual issues really aren't worth mentioning.

Wasn't a fan of the breakfast, but you can't please everyone at the end of the day. I'd still recommend it as my partner enjoyed the breakfast more than I did.

The breakfast buffet was very diverse and the room was nice, modern and well furnished. The staff was friendly. There was plenty of parking when we stayed there. The location is convenient when arriving by car.

On the first night upon arriving there was a lot of noise coming from ground floor where the hotel has several event rooms. The music was way too loud to be appropriate within a hotel complex at night. After driving for 9 hours this was extremely frustrating when all you need is a good night's sleep.

Pictures on site are deceiving. Everything is extra other than room No patio or place to hang outside. Area next to hotel was additional charge 15zl per person so additional 45zl to enjoy patio No discount for water park while staying at hotel which has same ownership
