Focus Hotel Premium Gdańsk

Room was spacious even with extra bed in it - and hotel accommodated our request for double bed. Location is good: next to train station, just a short walk from tram lines (but too far to walk to city centre) - and on the right side of the city for the Oliwa Zoo. Located next to a shopping centre - also a perk. Spacious shower, nice hot water - though some quirks:)

Location of the tap in the shower in our room was weird - if not careful, you turned it off by accident in the middle of washing your hair:)

- Good breakfast - Clean room - Good hotel for people who travel by car, with pets or children (but not in high season).

We stayed at the hotel during the high season: - There is no guarantee that you will receive a baby cot. - The same goes for underground parking (but there is a second parking on the ground) - The double bed consists of 2 small beds. In most cases this is not a problem unless you have a baby cot.

Staff were super friendly, Karina on reception was always smiling helpful and paid an interest to each guest. When I booked breakfast for too many mornings forgetting that I was leaving for a very early flight a breakfast bag was provided to take away so we didn't miss out.

Nothing I didn't like in particular. Curtains did not pull across in the room but wasn't a big issue and no milk provided for tea and coffee but was easily sorted.

The room was lovely and comfortable, exceptionally clean. Room nice and warm when i arrived in December. Good Wifi reception and decent speeds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location for transport and shopping.

I specifically asked for a quiet room, unfortunately on my second night someone was playing exeptionally loud music until 3am. Nothing was done about this. I left the next morning, so whether this continued on a regular basis, i could not say.

1. The construction site next to the hotel wakes you up early 2. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the power in the room - the card didn't work. Had to go down to request the room change but was advised to bent the card a little for a better contact. :)

location. 6th floor views. accommodated special requirements with no issues. kind and professional front desk staff.

THE PILLOWS!! a choice between a very soft and super soft. literally no support for the neck, took me quite a long time to fall asleep. also the room was a bit dusty which would be fine and understandable for less busy hotels, however, this one was packed so really no excuse. didn’t affect my stay though.

Room was clean and spacious. Windows silenced. Very close to big shopping mall, Foodhall, Cinema and most important - train station with connection to city center.

Staff could be more helpful. About 11 p.m. it was not possible to order tea in the bar. And also after we left we tried to call hotel with a question but they were impossible to reach. Beside that everything went smooth.

Location was awesome. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall the place was good with a few exceptions.

Gym is really small, the treadmill needs an update. Breakfast was ok with exception of the hasbrowns that didn't seem to be cooked the same morning, the beans were hard like they were not cooked.

The hotel is clean and the staff is well english speaking and always ready to help. The hotel is pet friendly.

Very long time to wait in the restaurant. Gym is declared but the only thing they have there is cycling machine. Wi-fi in our room was unstable and the connection breaks frequently. Wi-fi in the lobby was much better.

Great location. Most of the staff were very helpful and friedly, with one exception only.

Strange with a door to the shower that you can't close once you are in the shower (closes only from the outside), as a result, the bathroom floor got flooded during each shower.
