Kids friendly hotel! Lots to offer for family with children! We were amazed by the cleanliness and well-maintained hotel and facilities. We love the open field, where the ducks, geese, chickens, and horses roam around. Bonfire with marshmallows was a new experience. Movie on the projector by the pool side with popcorns, great way to spend our evening! Breakfast was simple and nice. I have to say the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel room can be improved, should have some light in the hallway during day time. The kid's bicycle needs to be repaired. Besides that, no other complaints.

- No local channels on the tv, but with netflix and youtube

The facilities: outdoor area, bbq, movie night by the pool, bonfire, animal farm, mini water park, small outdoor gym and workout area

It's a good play for staycation. There are a lot of things to do for the kids and the family. There is a pool, water park, small animal farm, small vegetable garden, ponies where you can go on horseback riding. The view from our room is also relaxing because there is so much greenery-- trees and a lush lawn. Wish we brought swimming attire for the water park because my child wanted to play there.

Food has so much room for improvement. Ordered mozzarella sticks, carbonara, pizza and clubhouse sandwich. I only liked the sandwich. Mozzarella sticks were bland, carbonara and pizza were so so. Next time, I'll eat out or buy food before going to the hotel. Pillows were also lumpy. Wish they replace it with new ones.

it is an excellent staycation place for families. food is good and the staff are great. we maybe unlucky to pick rainy day in coming but everyone did their best to make up for the spoiled outdoor activities. they set up the bonfire as soon as the weather cleared (an hour earlier than scheduled) and moved the movie venue indoor where everyone watched as if they are in the comforts of their homes. their game room added more fun for both adults and kids.

not a big deal but maybe it is better to have regular pathway from the pools to the elevator without passing thru the lobby. better if floor is not tiled and slippery

I like that the peoperty is well maintained, clean, and complete with everything we could possibly need. The hotel has lots of activities so we were never bored and we made lots of core memories here. The bonfire and smores, fireworks display, animal encounter, obstacle course, playground, playroom with billiards, even the “farm to tabble market” and the heated pool made our stay unforgettable. More than anything, I am impressed with the staff. so friendly and attentive to guests’ needs that i didnt have to request for anything. Like i just sat a few minutes by the pool and immediately got approached if i wanted coffee or water. sercive like no other.

Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay is my favorite hotel in the Philippines. This is around my 4th stay since we discovered this hotel. They have everything we need. We didn't bother to go out, especially because of the traffic in the city. Everything's perfect! Very comfortable and clean rooms, nice play room, outdoor activities, pool (not heated though), excellent choices and taste of foods (buffet), great location, great parking lot, and friendly and accommodating staff. This is definitely our home away from home.

Adult swimming pool is not heated. But we can still manage especially during summer season. We can also not opt to use the pool since there are lots of other activities available.

We stayed for 3 nights to greet the new year and it was truly a wonderful experience. All the staff were warm and so attentive, you'd never feel like the hotel was fully booked and busy with the new years preparation. The property is really great for kids - there was a heated pool, a pool with a playground, a farm where you can feed ducks, chickens, rabbits and go horseback riding, and a wide open space the toddlers can go run freely. The location is near Sky Ranch and the row of restaurants overlooking Taal. Breakfast was great and media noche food spread was extensive. Parking was never a problem and room was very comfortable. We frequently stay in a hotel for new year celebration and this by far was one of the best experiences, especially because the staff  really went out of their way to make the guests have a wonderful stay. Thank you,  Resty, for being so welcoming to us. Your attentiveness and warmth, as well as everybody elses, will now make us frequent guests of Kimberly Hotel.

The Ambiance is really relaxing. A weekend away from stressors. Although the adult pool is freezing cold (that's why we decided not to take a dip), there are ithe stuff that u can do that even your teeanage kids might enjoy. Staff are nice and accommodating. They gave complimentary freh milk to my 17yo daughter. Guest MUST READ eminder on the bathroom so you won't get diasppointed. If anything is lacking you can always ASK the house keeping or front desk. We can play maximum of 2 games at a time at the game room. They have bonfirr with unli marshmallows. The also have movie nights. And my kids favorite was the obstacle course and cardio exercise equipments. There's also horseback riding activity for a fee. ALL IN ALL it was wonderful experience for me and my family. I RECOMMENDED TO MY SIBLINGS😊😍

Its not that I didn't like it. Its more of a suggestion.... * heater for adult pool too * additional breakfast menu options * complimentary water should at least be bottled mineral water * front desk personnel should sound MORE friendly and accommodating when talking to customers inquiring over the phone as that also helps a customer to decide whether to book their stay with you or not. * water stopper should be added on the shower side tiles to avoid water from leaking.

they have a little farm where you can feed chickens and bunnies. it was kid friendly for sure. it 3 pools as well although it was too cold to swim at that time. they also have a board where they put the water temp for each pool which was helpful. for breakfast, they have a separate station for bacon which i like. the staff also are very friendly and most of the food in their menu is available like halo-halo (even in the cold weather).

the rooms are a bit dated although you would be spending most of the time outside so it was okay.
