The room so nice and clean with windows and spacious , bed is so comfy with enough pillows.

Limited choices for the breakfast. No fruits serving to think Davao is overflowing with fruits 🥲

The hotel’s layout was unique and stylish. Its being smaller in size made it more intimate and the services more personal. The reception looked welcoming and cosy. Everywhere was comfortable, clean and tidy. Our room was spacious with comfy beds, pillows and sheets, and was complete with basic amenities. Most of all, it’s a perfect 10 for the staff; from the guard to the receptionist to housekeeping to the kitchen. We haven’t tried the restaurant (as it was closed, ? under renovation) but the complimentary breakfast was commendable. I liked it being in the city centre, however in a quiet road and accessible to everywhere. I surely will book again.

I was wondering why a huge portrait of Manny Pacquaio was hanging in the main reception. Hence, I asked the staff on duty as to the significance of it, like if the senator owns the place. However, they failed to give me a solid answer, apart from “Sir Manny Pacquiao doesn’t own the place.” I’m not here to criticise nor to meddle, but the portrait, to my standard, simply cheapens the character of the place. No offence intended. 😊

The room (especially the bed) is beyond our expectation. They are likewise generous with the number of pillows. The ambiance is refreshing because of the open air hallway.

None. But for improvement, kindly provide hand towels, fix the shower heads and common water dispenser (to be placed in the hallway).

Room was large enough, and location was easy to get a cab. Staff were quite nice and polite.

Acoustics of the room wasn't the best. The keycard to my room was never fixed, had to use a key. Staff didn't replenish Toiletries.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Security was highly visible and helpful. The room was very spacious and nicely furnished and had a lot of storage space. The rooftop bar was an added benefit as was the in-house restaurant.

The best hotel restaurant food. We really enjoyed. All our orders were tasty & presented well...

Housekeeping missed our request to clean.

No official receipt yet during my stay, if I only knew, I wouldn’t book since I need receipt for me to reimburse it upon returning to office.
