-Rooms and hallways were clean. -The staff were friendly and responsive. -They let me borrow clothes iron, and also they assisted me with my room keys when I forgot it twice inside my room. -The location is also strategic as it is nearby SM Lanang Mall and Airport -Check in and check out was easy. -big mirrors -There is enough parking space -There is a coffee shop and a mini mart downstairs

The sink was clogged, though we did not report it as we figured out only when we were about to check out. There was no telephone inside the room nor by the hallway so we had to go to the lobby at level 2 to request for something (like extra towel as there was only one in my room). The elevator cannot detect if someone is going in/out; cannot hold the open button either. One of my family members got caught by the elevator door while going in. But overall, the hotel is good enough for our one night stay in Davao. Big thank you to the staff.

the location is convenient, the staff were nice and helpful. the full board meals taste good.

the duvet cover is a bit dirty, there was a stain. Because there was no telephone, the way to communicate is through app by chat and sometimes it takes few hours before i get a reply.

Good value for the price. Simple and effective. Good location - near a supermarket and a big mall. Easy to get taxis on the main street.

Didn’t clean my room at all for 3 days- I had to request new towels and toilet paper. But the staff helped when I asked. No door to the shower so the bathroom gets wet too easily. No extra amenities like toothbrush, hairbrush, proper shampoo.

You have 24/7 guard, you have elevator that you can only access the lobby, unless you have a key card to access the hotel room, this is extra security. Clean room, tv, aircondition, fan, super nice shower with HOT water, toilet paper. For the remote control you need to ask them. Outside you have some streetfood, some eating places, atm, pizza, big supermarket very close, 7/11 close by, 10min walk is GM mall, 5min walk you can find laundry near 7/11. You have almost everything near you.

We ask the staff TWICE to give us new towels and they said ok and never brought them...

Cleanliness, Friendly and accommodating staff. Use of App for any requests and their corresponding prompt response. Location. Value for money!

Not enough space to move inside the room, small foldable table to put things on. This is ideal for short stays (1-2 days) but for longer where you have more luggage, it is a bit less spacious.

I like its strategic location, cheap yet its in the heart of the bustling city. I like that the hotel's near on SPMC and other essential businesses. Also, its nice to stay here not just overnight but a 2 to 3 days. Sadly our work only allows us to stay overnight but nonetheless worth the stay!

The air conditioner is not cold enough. The ceiling fan doesn't help us to sleep soundly because it squeaks. Other than those, its all good.

Value for money and convenience

The sidetable in my room wasn't cleaned properly. The stains from previous occupants is still visible. They should have wiped it with a wet cloth.

Great essentials: comfortable bed, great hot shower, good AC, dark curtains to sleep well.

Too small. There’s nothing except the essentials. In two, you will have a hard time opening your bags.

Location was great. Available restaurant at the lobby. Aircon was still cool.

Some of the facilities are getting dated like some of the bathroom tiles are loose. Some of the liquid soap dispensers covers are broken. My bath towel had a hole in it.

The location is good. Housekeeping staff and security staff were very pleasant and always willing to help if I needed something.

The shower had a mould.
