Radisson Blu Hotel Oslo Alna

The breakfast is very good.The location is ok. Staff was very helpful. I appreciate it.

When I tried to go to central staition by bus, it was so difficult for me to reach the bus stop . Actually I thought there should be a sign.

At first, I had a parking level room and then Mar/Karima/Braa from CS helped in getting a much better room. These three ladies were awesome in addition to Danilla from the kitchen staff. Breakfast was as good as a Scandinavian breakfast, I stayed over 15 days so they offered me an omelet. It would be better to add more protein options such as chicken and not only fish or pork. During my stay I noticed more international guests, therefore I suggest having some international menu for breakfast. The Location is close to Macdonald and Ikea.

Morning breakfast is very important and having a guy with a rude attitude within this wonderful team will ruin everything. One team member "P" had very low skills, He misbehaved in how to take the empty plates or how to respect customer privacy or even help when needed! Night shift staff not very responsive to customer need, for example I had to iron my clothes for the next morning event and I called three times from 8:00 pm to 12:20 am and every time they promise it's on the way to u soon then at 12:20 I went to reception and waited half an hour to get it, but when I went upstairs to my room I realized its not working!

We had a nice stay at the Raddison Blu Alna. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and helpful taking the time to fully answer our questions about the property as well Oslo in general. We were particularly pleased with the assistance Fabian provided. The breakfast was a wonderful buffet of hot and cold items and Mama made sure everything was clean and welcoming. Thanks to everyone for making us feel welcome and valued. We also really liked how we could easily access the Metro for our downtown trips. Very convenient if you don’t mind a less than ten minute walk to the local station.

We had a couple of minor cleanliness issues which were quickly addressed when we brought them to the front desk’s attention.

The crew at the reception was courteous, professional and friendly, despite a high workload with many guests checking early evening. The parking garage is integrated into the building at level and the check in process is easy. It is a separate company with a self pay system (via internet payment portal) using number plate scanning. No problems here Rooms are spacious and the Radisson Blu Oslo Alna conforms to Radisson standards. Everything is tidy and clean. The location directly at the E6 into Oslo makes it easy to find and to access downtown Oslo which is about 14 km down the road from its location north east of Oslo. For those arriving late and looking for a snack or something to eat: There is a Mac Donald's right across the street and a gas station where you can grab a Grillpölse or other snacks. Next time we will certainly stay at the Radisson Blu Alna again as it is an excellent choice at a suprisingly good price point.

Excellent food at breakfast. Two out of 3 beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious enough for the three of us and very clean. A few establishments (supermarkets, mini-markets and eatery) within walking distance. The metro station also within walking distance (5 min).

The sofa-bed was really hard and uncomfortable. I don't know what is the deal with charging a fee for parking, instead of doing everything via downloading application to your phone ( the whole parking situation in Oslo is a mess). Tip, enter in the autopay.io, set up a payment method, and car details e voila (at least for the hotel and few parking lots in Oslo.

There is separate soap conditioner and shampoo. I like it, instead of one all-in-one soap and shampoo thing There is iron, hair dryer, nice bedroom and comfy bed There is bus to the town coming to and from frequently

Towel hanger is poorly positioned. It is placed above the toilet so you can risk your cloth/towel accidentally fall down inside the toilet 😬 Location is okay. For car it seems great but if you are on foot, I just wish that the walk access to the nearest bus stop can be better even though the distance to nearest bus stop is not that bad

Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms. Excellent staff. Quiet area, relatively close to the city center.

I had to pay for the parking, 250NOK, this is 10% of the total room cost (on top of it). Such a world known hotel should provide parking for its guests and not redirect them to a 3rd party provider. Moreover, we found (after we've left) that there is a surface parking, 55NOK cheaper, but the receptionist did not tell us, he directed us to the underground garage. If you fix the parking issue, then this hotel is 10/10.

Good connection to public transport. Breakfast was excellent. Everything as expected from Radisson.

It was fun that despite booking being paid they asked for credit card deposit for room with no mini bar. Explanation was - in case we break anything. That was warm welcome. I felt like a RockStar ready to demolish room. It reminded episode from movie The Dirt of Mothely Crue adventures in hotels. Rather remote place, not much to do other than sleep,

The hotel is very modern with Nordic designs. Spacious room and good quality of room supplies. There is a McDonald and gas station just in front of the hotel, and can directly access to the highway. So it is quite convenient for people driving cars and want to stay over at the city.

The location is not close to any metro station. Need to take a bus if you are going to visit downtown Oslo. And the bus station is at the back of the hotel and not easy to find.

I was a bit concerned when I booked the hotel that it might not be good enough given the score it had on booking. I was so wrong. It was excellent. -very big rooms -air co -minibar fridge (it was empty, but you can order drinks from the bar). We bought drinks from the supermarket and kept them in the fridge -extremely clean and modern -we couldn’t hear the freeway as we kept the windows closed when we were in the room. We only opened them when we went out -the hotel is a few minutes away from the metro station and you’ll get to the city centre in 15 min. You need to buy a ticket for zone 1 (it’s the cheapest; it would cost you the same if you would live in the centre). You can use the ticket also for trams, ferries, buses etc -next to the metro you can find a Kiwi supermarket from where we bought drinks and snacks -the price was excellent for this city
