Signage for the room locations can be improved. The room was clean and nice (Room 352 on 24th July) but there were some random noise like some pipe pressure that was very audible during our stay. I am not sure if they put me there because there is nothing else available or that because they assume we'll not mind because I'm Asian with a white husband.

Breakfast was great, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was lovely, the staff were helpful, location excellent

The room size was tiny. We stayed for 4 nights so we had quite a lot of luggage and there was almost nowhere to put anything so we had to leave suitcases on the floor. It felt like being in a caravan. The room was hot, and I was told there was no air con. The window was locked so we had to ask for a key to open it to get some fresh air. However, we were right next to a building that was having some work done and the workmen seemed to start at about 5.30 am, so we got woken up really early as we could hear them as the window was open.

Amazing location close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from the train station. Staff were super friendly and the housekeeping team do an awesome job! Rooms were modern, shower pressure was excellent, and the hotel follows eco-friendly practices. Provided breakfast was excellent. Gym available in the basement,, microwave & coffee available in the lobby, This was an awesome spot to pick!

Would have liked another pillow on the bed. No mini-fridge, no self-service laundry facilities, and the room was quite small, but this is the same as other places I have stayed in Norway.

We were traveling as a family with 10 of us. The property was easy to get to with public transportation and a short walk. We were there just one night but it was nice. I do not like to stay in big hotel chains when we travel in Europe so we get the feeling of an area. This place was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and cozy. And then to wake and go down to an incredible breakfast! There were so many different things to choose both local and traditional dishes. Worked great with so many people. Then when we went to the Norske Folke Museum they had a room to store our bags until our flight out! We really enjoyed our short visit.

The front desk man wasn’t really friendly but he was efficient.

loved the central location. It was only a four minute walk from the train station. it was close to all of the wonderful restaurants and the downtown historical sites. the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices (including vegetarian). with 2 young adult sons this was amazing!!! the staff was always courteous and welcoming with a smile and a cheerful attitude. We really enjoyed talking with the front desk staff. They were very knowledgeable and helpful especially Anders ( the night front desk).

The bar and restaurant closed early but this was because we were there over a holiday weekend so it was understandable.

The location couldn't be more central. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, although we did find the juices ran out every morning. Although it was central and busy, we found it was quite a night and we weren't distrubed by internal or external noise.

Our room was a little but tired. The sink in the bathroom had dropped on one side and the shelf in the shower was loose, so we didn't feel we could use it. I also think the carpet around the bed needed a clean

Breakfast was super good! Big variety of foods and drinks for everyone to have what they most enjoy to have for breakfast, very kid friendly as well! The hotel itself is super close to any public transport to get around town. The staff is super friendly and super helpful, both at the reception, in the restaurant and at the bar. Checkin/-out is super efficient and quick.

The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but clean. So if anything I’d prefer comfier mattresses and pillows

The staff was AMAZING, especially Arez and Sielje! They not only helped me find stores to purchase items I forgot to pack, but also provided expertise for my social media posts! Erick was also quite accommodating during the check in process as my itinerary unexpectedly changed. The breakfast buffet had everything you could ever want to eat including healthy choices and gluten free items. The bed was so comfy and my room was silent during both day and at night. The location is excellent! I would definitely come back again!

I didn't like passing through the courtyard restaurant/bar where people were smoking cigarettes 24/7. There was no air flow in that area and it smelled really bad.

It was quiet and clean on a pedestrian only street. Breakfast was exceptional. Fixtures and amenities were high quality (Grohe faucets). Nice neighborhood for strolling and people watching. Centrally located easy to walk to places of interest (new National Art Museum, parks)

The room was quite small and did not have a refrigerator or microwave. It would have been cramped for 2 people.

Although the room is quite small, it didn’t feel cramped because of the high ceiling and space efficient interior. The bathroom is modern, and shower has very good water pressure. The free breakfast was also good because of a lot of options. Location was right in the center.

There was no parking at the hotel but they did recommend a nearby Paleet Parking. We paid about 500nok from 12noon-10:30am.
