Moxy The Hague

Moxy was perfect to stay at - close to - EVERYTHING you want to see in Hague and around the corner of many restaurants and cafes. I liked the very cozy waiting area before check in and all the games placed thoughtfully for guests. My son and dad liked to play ping pong once a day! I really liked my room - and how thoughtful the details are - the easy to use U.S. chargers outlets, the light from the bed - if you need to get up in the middle of the night and good shampoo and conditioner :) Staff is super friendly and helpful. And if in the middle of the night you cannot sleep - you can always go downstairs to get yourself an ice cream cone :)

For such an outstanding place your gym can be - a little better! It's just okay - but if you really - REALLY want to work out - it will do!

-The WiFi was in the evening very slow. -The hotel is very beautiful and modern decorated. The room is big and spacious. However, the room doesn't have enough furniture even though there would be the place for it. It doesn't have a wardrobe, a safe or an additional chair. The money for furniture should rather be spend in the rooms than in the lobby or in the "playing table tennis" room. -Hand towels were changed daily. Plastic cups in the bathroom. Not very ecological.

Great central location. Hotel had a fun and quirky vibe and certainly not stuffy.

Being British we like tea and coffee facilities in the room but understand a central machine is more cost effective but at times like before 6am it was unavailable where it was. It would be nice of there was a coffee/tea facilities on each floor. Other dislikes - for a couple their was insufficient coat hanger space on the wall. Bike rental was also a little expensive compared to the price at the railway station. I know they are better bikes but something a bit more complementary and cheaper would would to entice Brits to engage with the excellent cycle amenities in the area. A lot of Brits don't do this because access to bikes is a bit of hurdle but it's a great shame because once they experience how well the Dutch infrastructure it would be a draw for repeat visits.

Our stay at the Moxy Hotel in The Hague was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a while, and definitely the best one in the Netherlands. The hotel in itself is really good and it has a great vibe. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was actually the friendly staff, specially Alex from reception and Mohammed at the bar. Alex was super helpful and always had great tips and recommendations, and Mohammed was attentive and friendly and made the experience at the bar area a great one. Overall, a great experience, would reccomend the Moxy to anyone that is looking to come to The Hague.

Unfortunately we stayed only one night in this great hotel. Rooms are spacious and have all you need in it. Modern and urban design go perfectly with the building and the position of the hotel. Elevators run exclusivity with room key so we felt very safe (as we booked hotel almost last minute we had to take two rooms and our kids had to sleep in room next door which for mothers can be stressful situation). Position of the hotel is perfect, metro/train/bus station is 3 minute walking distance. Restaurants, bars, shops, city centre,..., you have everything you need just exiting from the hotel.

- lounge fridge deposit (30 Euro/day for 2 people), should've received it back within 5 working days - still waiting (day 5) - no wardrobe/closet in the room - on booking.com in the room description it says "streaming services e.g. Netflix", however, they do not provide those - you can use Chromecast and mirror your device but that's all or use a HDMI cable - the room is soundproof (the walls) but not the door - you can hear people walk and open/close the doors (very heavy, loud doors); also while leaning on the wall behind the bed you can literally feel the door slam

Perfect choice and excellent value for money for a short stay in The Hague. Very close to Central Station, plus trams to take you all over the city and beyond. The room was modern, trendy and clean, great shower, comfortable bed. Staff all friendly and helpful. Special mention to Alex (?) who helped when I thought I had left my watch in the room after checkout, great customer service! Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

No refrigerator. kettle or safe in the room, all 3 are important in my opinion, especially a safe. Although the room was great and ideal for a single person, I would not recommend it for a couple for more than 2 or 3 nights because it was quite small.

Great location, modern building, great team, good breakfast. However, my room in this hotel surprised me at first. There is no closet where you can put your things. There are a few hangers that are on a grid attached to the wall. There aren't any chairs. There is no table. But I had а large room, nice and comfortably furnished bathroom, a convenient place to put suitcase, a large comfortable bed with sensors that turn on floor lighting if necessary. As I understand it, the hotel designer wanted to get an unusual effect, and he got it! I managed to quickly adapt to this minimalist style in the room, and considering all the other advantages of the hotel, I am very pleased that I chose this hotel.

The hotel is located at the center of Hague. It’s near the De Haag Central Station. It.s near the shopping center and there are plenty of restaurants around it. It is walking distance to almost all the important places in Hague. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

There are no cabinets for the clothes, no safe/vault and coffee maker in the room. Slippers and toothbrush will only be provided upon request. You would have to get them from the concierge.

Nice clean hotel. As described, literally. It is a bare bone hotel room with attitude and a wannbe youthful feel. The description given is accurate (and exhaustive - there is bedding, towels, soap, and toilet paper - and that's it).

Only two lifts serving the whole hotel. All of the walls and ceilings are painted in dark colours so walking around isn't easy. There are shallow steps up to the front door and uneven surface outside. No kettle, tea, or coffee in the room.
