I like the hotel, its location, the staff and the room

Communication between the guest and the hotel could be better. For example, on my arrival date, the hotel's airport shuttle was not working for some reason, but I was not warned about this, even though my flight arrived after 18:30 and the hotel had this information. So, after waiting one hour for the hotel's airport shuttle, I took a taxi. I would take the taxi immediately if I had known this in advance.

This was one of the hotels where we stayed for a few days at. This is a good hotel for the price and location [we rented a car] as your home base for checking out places like Haarlem, The Hague, Alkmaar, Da Rijp, and Schiphol Airport.

We were on the ground floor rooms and at the very end of the hallway, so we cannot get any wifi connection at all. It was a bit inconvenient because we were here for a few 5 days I think.

The property was clean , great staff and beautiful room , got to enjoy the new chefs cooking , and dessert.

Not so much of a complaint but called the hotel for a shuttle being my first time in AMS didn’t really know how to take the bus , no answer, waited for an hour for the shuttle then took a Bolt to the hotel that cost me a lot more than whet the App said , leaving the hotel the next morning to the Airport the Shuttle wAs late .

Close to highway, free parking, free shuttle to the airport. Quite small room with small bathroom but comfortable. Fridge, safe, À/C, TV, Nespresso Nice breakfast; tasty dinner Perfect sound isolation

Room keeping could be better : beds were made up; the rest was untouched (bin was not emptied, towels were like we left them…)

I am perfectly satisfied with everything.

There's nothing you don't like The room is extremely good, the ladies working at the reception, and gentlemen, are extremely nice. Breakfast is also perfect.

Clean rooms, good atmosphere. Excellent lobby-bar. Helpful staff.

The frequency of pass of the bus from SChippol is scarce. Had to wait for an hour I needed to take a Taxi at 4 am to reach the airport since there is no bus until 6.a.m. The taxi was unreasonably expensive

I can't fault the hotel, it was clean and the staff friendly and helpful . It was very quiet, the only noise was the moorhens in the pond which was lovely

The only problem was the location, we weren't aware that there we had to catch 2 shuttle buses to the airport! So it was a long way, but they ran efficiently

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable soft. Quiet location.

Location is not good if you have no vehicle. No other dining options in walking distance. Did not like the shuttle service takes you to another hotel where you then board another shuttle bus to the airport.

last minute booking because of a cancelled flight and no transport from Schiphol due to storm. Very friendly and ccoperative staff. A nice, comfortable hotel to catch with your sleep and rest fom travels.

Just the little things like there was only a shampoo and a soap but no conditioner for hair and no kettle.

The staff is really really friendly. Always smiling and giving excellent service!

Rooms are okay, but some things need small repairs. For my stay it was no big problem though.
