Hotel Villa Flora

The breakfast is lovely - not a buffet, you select the night before what you would like. It was all so delicious, I would really recommend it. I really liked the decor in the restaurant, we didn’t have dinner there (as there are several nice restaurants in walking distance) but it was busy so must be good. Friendly, helpful staff. Everywhere was very fresh and clean.

You can walk from the train station, but there is no local bike hire and the taxis all take over half an hour to turn up to get anywhere else. So, get your bikes delivered or order your taxi in advance!

Quiet and cute hotel with one of the best restaurants in town. The hotel is located on the main shopping street of the town and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop. It's a 30-minute journey to Keukenhof by bus or bicycle which you can rent at the hotel for 13 eur/day.

we liked everything about the property, our room (208) was lovely and we enjoyed having the balcony as our bit of outdoor space. We had a very nice meal in the hotel restaurant which seemed to be busy every night if our four night stay.

very small quibbles, only four coat hangers between two people..I guess we could have asked for more. No conveniently positioned sockets and no USB ports, and despite leaving the Do Not Disturb hanger on our door we came back to find that someone had been in our room. As I said, minor irritants which wouldn’t stop us staying at the Villa Flora again.

Spacious rooms the balcony was a bonus. The onsite resturant was excellent for wvening meals but thought the breakfast overpriced for what was on offer. Its location is excellent for shops, supermarkets, resturants etc. Tennis centrre about 10 min walk, train station 20 min walk

The church bells chiming every 30 min 24/7! And despite paying in advance through booking.com with receipts tried to take payment again at check out and 3 emails that morning

Nicely decorated hotel in the flower district of Holland. Practically in the city center yet well accessible by car. Breakfast was well tasting.

Air conditioning was making quite some noise. Also difficult to access the top rooms with luggage as they are only accessible by stairs.

the location was excellent, our room was very comfortable, the included breakfast was very good, the lunches and dinners available at the hotel's restaurant were outstanding, and the hotel staff were great!

price was a little high but reasonable given it was the height of the tulip season.

Lunch and apple pie are delicious. Locate on the main shopping street of the town. Very friendly and helpful staff . Very thanks to Nick and Renate . They help to rent and pick up the wheelchair during our stay.

It was an overall amazing experience, it's a family owned hotel and you can feel that, everyone is really nice and willing to help, one of the best places where I have stayed. For the tulip seasons it's a no brainer, you can rent a bike and look at the beautiful surroundings and get to Koekenhof in less than 15 minutes. Just an amazing experience! P.D. if you eat there you have to try the spare ribs, they were absolutely delicious

Very nice small hotel in the center of the city. Cozy room with carpet, quiet and clean. Great beds, comfortable and high. Friendly staff always willing to help. Relevant price for the accommodation. Not enough parking spaces, but we found a place near the hotel which was also free.

The breakfast was quite poor. No vegetables, either dairy products offered there. I think the breakfast was too expensive in this case, as we had to pay additional fees for it.

Really nice restaurant in hotel. the rooms were clean and good size. Had a balcony with table and chairs and a view. Very small cute town a great place to refresh and enjoy a quaint little town.

It was hard to find and the train drops you in the middle of nowhere but if you keep asking the locals you will find your way.
