Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Helmond

The rooms where huge! Bed was very comfortable!! The walk in shower had a rain head which was luxurious and fantastic! The wifi was good enough to watch Netflix. The wellness centre was amazing to be attached to. The breakfast was amazing with huge range of options. The hotel has paid parking however we found it very easy to find free parking right out the front of the hotel. You could order food to your room.

The staff where a little cold, The breakfast open to late on some days that I needed to get away to work which was frustrating. The AC in the room was confusing to use. The wellness centre was amazing however for people not used to pool edict the pool areas are amazing however are communally nude (NO clothes allowed), swimming clothes only on Wednesday's. Didn't change my experience everyone is very comfortable and polite. (No phones allowed). Gym is closed for refurbishment due to covid.

Location was perfect, close to the station. We loved the room especially the spacious bathroom. Staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the choices for breakfast and the room service!

The remote of the TV did not work and the tv was a bit old so we couldn't hook it up to netflix. I didn't like that we only had a mini bottle of shampoo and no body wash. I would have happily paid extra to have those in my room already, I think they are quite necessary. I would also include a hair net not to get your hair wet during the shower!

The hotel was in a great location for what we needed. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and there was no wait time for check in or out. We only ate in the hotel one evening and it was pleasant. We were on the 6th floor and the view was amazing. Rooms were warm clean and our bed was made everyday and fresh towels.

The hairdryer in our room did not work properly thankfully I had my own with me.

Comfortable rooms, clean and nice atmospheric hotel. We used the spa and wellness facilities which were very nice! restaurant food was nice!

additional cost for spa facilities, even when the hotel is expensive enough, the spa and wellness is a little compact and can get overcrowded. restaurant staff were slow with service, breakfast was minimal and nothing special.

The staff: courteous. The room: sparkling clean The Wifi: good enough for simultaneous remote control and conferencing, precisely what I need.

The beds, those top mattresses would slide and move. Comfy to sleep on, but otherwise inconvenient. Too bad I couldn't operate the vending machines with my pay card for a night snack. Needed small change, which wasn't available at that hour (1 Am) Breakfast had limited choice (no honey? No grilled veggies? Really?) but good quality Sliptong main dish wasn't the greatest I ever had.

Breakfast was good, the fact that I had to carry it up to my room was annoying but understandable as per the covid situation. The room was comfortable with many sockets including USB in the walls, a large bath with shower, good wifi and a comfortable bed. 100 meters to Lidl market!

The shape of the floor causes that the shower water is collecting under the toilet. The sink was plugged, water was hardly draining from the sink.

The Hotel has a very well functioning wellness center, spa, indoor swimming pool . The location is very good, there is a kids play area near the hotel . Hotel also has a Bowling alley which is well maintained and fairly priced . All in All lots of fun activities do to in and around the hotel. Staff is helpful .

Overall was a good experience, but the food options are limited and in my opinion over priced .

Giant bathroom, nice big windows with a great view.

I hate flimsy paper cups with the tea/coffee maker. Why is ist so difficult to have proper cups, as well as being more environmentally friendly? Beds were too soft for our liking.

great start to the holiday staying here, lovely location next to canal!! short walk to station and town centre. very comfortable, definitely stay again!!

I found a cleaned room with comfortable bed. The WIFI ran correctly and the room was quiet. I loved the how bid is the room and could put all my belongings.

The breakfast items were not so furnished it used to be before the covid.
