Lots of activities and sports for the kids. Monkey Town entry included in the package. Nice pool, jacuzzi and shower/dressing area. Big restaurant and other eateries (bar). Base room was spacious enough for a family of 4 and an infant. Parking facility is huge and close to the hotel (€5 per night)

Maybe could have staff oversee some of the open (no reservation) activities so that kids could equally get a chance to play certain sports/activities. I wish that the hotel could have an All inclusive package offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. This way there is no need to leave the property. Everything in one place. Great especially when you have small kids.

Many sport facilities, including a swimming pool, two bubble bath/jacuzzi and sauna. There is a bar and a restaurant inside, food was amazing. Bedrooms are super large!

When we made the booking via booking.com we had to make a request to get a double bed, the next day we got a message from HUP saying it was fine. Our room didn't have a double bed but they offered two drinks. When looking at the bathroom there was dust and long black hairs on the ground, and dirt on the wall of the shower. Found a long piece of plastic wrap in the bacon during the breakfast.

I highly recommend the hotel. While the view from the room overlooked the roof of another building, which was admittedly less than ideal, the interior was exceptional, Bar was great, and the breakfast was ideal. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it exuded a sense of spaciousness that provided ample space to move comfortably. What truly set this room apart was its unique and tasteful interior design. It felt original and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom in the room was a standout feature as well. It boasted a well-appointed bath with a shower, providing guests with options for relaxation and convenience. Despite the less-than-ideal view, the overall experience in this room was nothing short of perfect. If you prioritize a clean, spacious, and stylish interior and the convenience of a well-equipped bathroom, this room is an excellent choice.

It is an extremely high price and miserably an additional 5 EUR for parking.

We needed a place to stay for one night in a short notice and this was a total surprise! What a hotel to stay with kids!! Great activities (mostly included in the price), lovely interior with all sporty details and clean, big, nice room. Suits well for bigger kids too, mine were 13 & 10 and absolutely loved the place <3 Swimming pool was excellent, suitable depths for kids any size. Oh, and the breakfast was lovely. And personnel as well.

We couldn't stay more than one night, that was the only downside :)

A charming and fun hotel for families and kids not far from Eindhoven. We stayed there to be close to the amusement park Eftling and because friends who stayed there recommended it. Most of the employees there are young and nice guys. The stay included a delicious, but not varied, breakfast. Every morning the same meal. The area where the hotel is located is very nice and the center of Mierlo and restaurants are nearby.

Many things in the hotel are not included in the price. The feeling is of a kind of all-inclusive, but the bowling and the other sports facilities in the place cost money. The parking is 5€ per day. Also the pool was very cold and the floor in the room was not so clean.

I Would love it if the coffee machine next to the sports bar would be either free or like gas station just pin to get a coffee or tea. The 1st floor a bit more hang out area instead if high table and chairs

Spacious rooms and hotel, lovely restaurant with good food, breakfast was good. Staff however were absolutely amazing and helped me with a few requests. Their attitude was so positive, I haven’t seen customer service like that for a very long time! Nothing was too much bother. The local village is lovely, relaxed and clean and again everyone was so helpful.

Room cleaning was not the greatest, missing towels, sheets not changed, no daily dusting so on Day 4 you can see it in the air!

We liked a very comfortable bed, spacious room, all things needed there. So many things to do with kids, nice gym and jacuzzis in the swimming pool earea. Lovely interior of the hotel and breakfast restaurant. Was nice to rent the bikes. The stuff just amazing and helpful. Thankyou.

The breakfast meniu for omnivores - no choise. No fish at all. The food in general was fresh and delicious, but for a longer stay: no variety. The tiny detail in the bathroom: the metal hanger for the toilet paper fixed on the wall so close to the toilet itself, that You keep snaging it every time..

Overall we had a fun time, although it is a really big hotel and it was extremely busy everywhere at all times, which made it a bit stressful. We really enjoyed trying out different sports and the kids loved going to Monkey Town.

The room was not very well sound insulated we could hear a dog barking in another room and children shrieking in the corridor at all hours.

So much to do - many facilities included and very easy to book the time slots you wanted. Fitness and yoga, etc. also included! Super cool rooms, football museum was such a nice additional feature. Also, despite eating there 5 times we didn't get tired of the breakfast (great selection). Although not displayed on the website, this hotel is right across the local football ground where one could go to play for some hours when the sun was out.

The were a few things that could have so easily been fixed. The Dutch have a tendency to assume everyone speaks Dutch. We don't :-) So, e.g. ALL of the explaining texts at the museum were in Dutch - I would strongly advise getting the main info items translated. Also, acoustics in the main sport hall was horrible, nothing less. Pizzas in restaurant were the worst I have ever tasted. But after all a very great stay!
