spacious rooms/ breakfast good value for money

no bathrobes/slippers in hotel rooms and no towels in pool/wellness area. I had to rent the bathrobes ( 7,50 per person plus a deposit), which is very strange if you claim to be a wellness hotel and taking into account that I booked a deluxe room. Also no drinkwater facilities in wellness area or gym. cleanliness could be a bit better as we had a stack of glasses in front of our door upon check in, and little things like the telephone covered in dust. also wellness area not properly cleaned as wet towels were still lying around next day. wellness area could do with some more loungers, particularly because the ones which are there are strangely shaped leaving a wet puddle in the seating area, so not comfortable to use.

The whole hotel was spacious including our room. Car parking was very good. Restaurant was able to cater for large numbers with adequate staff. The staff were helpful in using English readily. A bonus was having a great swimming pool, sauna and steam room. We used public transport as well as our car and it was a 10 minute walk to the bus stops.

Although the rooms were cleaned well our corridor was neglected. Glasses and trays were left out for days and the carpeted areas not vacuumed as small pieces of paper and other rubbish not removed.

Excellent clean and comfortable room. Very well appointed. Lovely bathroom. Good breakfasts. Lovely evening meal and good value for money. Friendly helpful staff. Choice of bars. Particularly enjoyed the bar next to reception where we had excellent drinks and great service.

When we arrived there was a problem with our bedding. Apparently there was no clean linen. However, this was sorted out by around 6pm, and after asking at reception. we were given a voucher for free drinks as an apology. Great service. Thank you.

Great facilities. Lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious. Initially, I was given a room towards the front of the hotel, which disrupted my sleep due to noise of the delivery vans and traffic. Was given an alternative, which was perfect. Restaurant food and service were excellent.

Towels weren't always clean. Could provide slippers and bathrobe.

The restaurant food quality was excellent although the extent of the menu a bit limited if your staying more than a few days.

The shower temperature was variable. The room cleaners turned the room temperature up after I had lowered it, much to my disliking.

I like a Lobby place, Breakfast room, nice Bar near reception. Have a swimming pool with saunas. Big Bathrooms in the rooms. Toucan birds.

It's was standard room with double and single bed, for 3 people, but I been alone. Also corridors of the hotels had a leaks with backets in a corridors. None USB sockets in a room and hotels areas.

Friendly helpful staff.

Room was not cleaned on the Sunday during the day but housekeeping knocked to clean the room at 10pm. However, extra clean towels in the wardrobe and enough toiletries. Paper cups for tea and coffee in the room which were not changed. We borrowed some cups from breakfast so no problem.

Simple & Fast check in process - Good food froom room service - Very convenient also to have access to vending machines in the halls - Great setup for food access in COVID times.

No access to ANY common areas, not even to grab a call. I was expecting at least availability to seat in tables with 2mts space protocol. Bus access a little far away. If you have bags, only can reach by taxi.

Location great- parking free.. Gym great. Restaurant great. Rooms - had a standard- fantastic!! Huge! Very comfortable beds & lovely decor.

Need a box of tissues in the room. That's it- couldn't fault it at all.
