Fabiola Condo Hotel

This is my 2nd time staying at this property and it was equally enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the room was huge with a King size bed and balcony overlooking the street. AC worked really well. the shower has lots of pressure and lots of hot water. There was lots of storage and drawers to store clothing. You have 2 convenience store just around the corner and you are about 4-5 minutes walk to Walmart. The beach and all the shops and eateries of 5th avenue are 2-3 blocks away. It has a jacuzzi and pool, albeit I have yet to see anyone in it. It’s almost completely shaded by the shrubs and tall buildings, so it’s probably very cold. The condo is quiet and it has overnight security. I’ll definitely consider this again for future visits to PDC.

I was not happy with the wifi connection. It was very spotty. The address assigned to my particular room never did pop up as an option. Maybe it was because of the location of my room in the building. Other than that, all was fine.

Spacious room, rooftop with deckchairs and tables, comfy and quiet pool area, quick check in, short distance to city although Playa del Carmen not recommendable, apartment equipped with kitchen utilities, Waltmart in short distance

Stove did not really work, took ages to boil pasta, a minimum supply of oil, salt and pepper should be available Bedroom was very bright and can get noisy from the street - also my balcony door did not shut entirely

Great location in terms of walking distance to 5th Avenue, the beach, Walmart, Mega and many great restaurants. Liked having the fridge/freezer. Felt very safe there. Security on site for extra safety in eve and all night. Felt safe to park our care there. The caring staff were superb and helpful - spoke English very well Easy to access on WhatsApp. Hot shower was great with good water pressure. Nice area to relax near pool in shade. Very comfortable bed! Netflix access for English shows.

Thank you for replacing the TV so we could get Netflix and find some English shows. A fair amount of noise from road and distant party establishments. - not great for light sleepers, but tolerable.

We stayed here for 5 weeks and really enjoyed it! The location is great, just a couple blocks from Quinta and short walk to the beach. The apartment was large and comfortable. Having a kitchen to occasionally cook and have breakfast and coffee without going out was great. Bed was actually comfortable compared to some of the hard and low quality mattresses you can sometimes find in Mexico- I have back/ hip pain and it didn’t flare up while being there so that’s a huge bonus for me. Bathroom had great shower pressure and hot water. Housekeeping (Elma) was amazing, every 2 days she cleaned our apartment and we got fresh towels. Overall the staff is what made our stay amazing. Nayeli (Nelly) and Andrea from reception were extremely kind, professional and patient. They both provided Outstanding service! Even security (Nicholas and a new young gentleman whose name we didn’t catch) and maintenance team were all very kind and helpful. Staff should get some kind of bonus because they definitely go above and beyond and are the crown jewel of this hotel!

LOCATION! Close to the beach and supermarkets, but in quiet street (2 blocks from 5th). HOTEL! OMG! All these trees, palms, flowers, plants! Huge swimming pool! I really liked that the water was pretty cold in it - so refreshing after spending the day at the beach!! Huge room! Balcony! FREE PARKING!!! TIP1: if you're planing to take the ADO bus from Cancun airport - choose the ADO ALTERNA playa del carmen station - 2 min from the hotel. TIP 2: best beach near the Grand HYATT (Mamita's beach club). OR Playacar! I hope to come back next year!!!

The hotel is nice and cosy surrounding the outdoor courtyard and pool area. The courtyard area is very pretty with lots of plants and is a great place to relax. The pool was great to cool off. The apartment had a big comfy couch and an air conditioner in both the lounge and bedroom. The bed was super comfy, nice and soft with good support. The location is great near lots of food and just two blocks from the main tourist street.

The curtains in the bedroom were white and thin and didn't block out any light at all so it was bright in the morning. This combined with some traffic noises from the street below in the morning made it a little hard to sleep in. Bring an eye mask and earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The slight noise is unavoidable in such a great location.

Gorgeous little Spanish Colonial style hotel with ample apartments. Quiet, comfortable, spotless. fresh and well-maintained. Best beds in Playa. Staff couldn't be more accommodating. The courtyard is so inviting and peaceful that we sometimes just stayed there all day. Close to everything without he noise from 5th Avenue. I could live here.

The only complaint is that the pool isn't warm and doesn't get sun, but even as is, it's a beautiful and peaceful oasis in a city that has gone overboard with noise. Will PdC ever realize that it's non-stop high-decibel electro throb is a repellant for most who come here?

When you walk in, the hotel looks impressive with high ceilings and colons. The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help. Everything was super close. A Walmart, Soriana and more just around the corner. Many many restaurants. Buses, Taxi's, banks, everything within walking distance.

Even though the property and my one-bedroom apartment was huge some things were dated. My big living room only had one plug, and it was behind the not so comfortable sofa. Initially I had to move the sofa to be able to charge my phone. Once I told the staff they right away provided me with a long extension cable. My bathroom hat no towel racks, I found the sofa and bed too soft. Although the living room/kitchen area had soft romantic lighting it was too dark for me, especially when needing to take notes for booking flights. Same in the bedroom, dim lights but too dark for reading a book.

It is close to 5th Avenue, but not that close to hear the noise. Never felt unsafe on the streets around it. Near Walmart for grocery shopping, the apartment has everything you need, very spacious and clean, THE BED IS THE BEST! Really good mattress. They have Netflix too, my 8 years old son liked that lol. Very nice staff, Belen is the best! She even let me borrow her personal cell phone to change one of my Xcaret tours and helped me booking a taxi back to Cancún. Elva, the cleaning girl, really nice too and the other girl at the front desk (do not remember her name sorry) all good people always willing to help. There are not enough good things that I can say about this place. We will be back. Do not hesitate, book it!

There is nothing I did not like.

Super clean, friendly staff! There’s parking and there’s a security for the Night Shift to watch the parking. Completely safe and amazing location! Also right in front there’s a pizza place with legit owners from Italy! Don’t hesitate to try!

If I have to add a small tiny detail. it would be nice for the jacuzzi to be heated. After a long day in the sun, at night would be nice to be in there with the hot water. But let’s be honest the beach is a block away.
