Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos

Great staff, they had good drinks, food was great, water was from the bottle, no issues whatsoever.

Far from marina and cabo downtown which makes it hard and expensive to do other activities.

we stayed 3 nights overall our stay was very enjoyable. the restaurant food was really delicious, most all inclusive lack food choices and/or flavors. i was really shocked in how delicious the piña colada’s are. the property was clean smelt fresh everyone was so helpful. truly did enjoy my time here

i wish more of a party/ celebration Atmosphere. the DJ really didn’t have a good playlist. i would think hard rock would be rocking all day. i don’t know if it’s because its a family hotel and during the day they want to keep things clam. but with all the different pools they should definitely have a party pool during the day.

Everything just amazing

I didn’t like the people who try to get you to do hotels tours for other hotels and they give so called free adventures they don’t take no for a answer so I finally had to be mean and be like no just no period don’t ask again stop harassing me they calm your room at 8 in the morning and wake you up with same pitch line very annoying

The staff were amazing.. food amazing. I’m Vegan and found actual Vegan food options.. The rooms were impeccable.. every detail a 5 Star.. except for the couch bed. It dipped in the center and a very poor mattress is used. Was impossible to sleep on and doesn’t meet the expectations for a hotel of this magnitude.

The only horrible thing was the fold out couch bed. For this type of 5 star hotel you’d expect a good quality mattress. I think they put the bed together incorrectly or something, because it scooped down in the middle. It was impossible to sleep on. It ruined our trip as 3 of us slept in one bed because of this.

The hotel is amazing, gym, restaurants, I loved the coffe place, views are amazing and sunset in the beach of the hotel is stunning.

You can't swim in the beach of the hotel, pools are a bit dirty due to the customers that are not very clean and they spend whole day inside the pool. It is far from the village, very expensive to go somewhere.

The food wasn’t good at Los Gallos. Maybe think about extending hours at the steakhouse (Torro to be exact) because it’s very difficult to get a table there. Offer wider selection for room service, maybe be able to order from the actual restaurants for room service.

The night club, room service food (we ordered pizza, hot cakes and club sandwich and taste weren’t good at all.

Hard to get a dinner reservation . I don’t want to eat at 5 or 9. Our friends upgraded to concierge level then we could get dinner reservations at 6:30. Seems shady and unfair at an all inclusive. Also hard to get pool chairs. Which became stressful during our vacation.

Clean, spacious and well-equipped room. The staff was helpful and friendly. There are many restaurants on the property to choose from. We were lucky and got to enjoy the Indian food from Chef Hari Dev on one of the night events. Highly recommend.

The property, food and drinks were amazing. The staff were very professional and helpful except the front desk attendant San Miguel. San Miguel was very unprofessional and lacked hospitality.

The property is well maintained. However, the shower did not produce warmer water and the heater in our room was broken.
