I loved staying here, small hotel but very comfortable and in the center of everything. Marina is about 7 minutes walking, Playa Medano is about 5 minutes away also walking distance, so you have no need to pay for transportation of any other sort, unless you are doing tours. We also enjoyed the breakfast, simple but everything was delicious!

There was loud music being played on one of the days we stayed. Not sure if it was one of the bars near by but made it a little difficult to fall asleep that night.

Very very good value for price. Nice hotel which located very close to Cabu main road and the marine. Nice stuff and very nice rooms.

Breakfast is not that good.

I love the spacious room, the breakfast and the location were excellent so I will recommend it.

I loved the location of the property. It’s walking distance to everything, from the mall, to the beach, to food, and even to the nightlife.

That the breakfast was not included in the stay. That none of the smaller rooms had a mini fridge or microwave.

Priced reasonably! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable. Very simple, but clean and roomy.

All but two channels on the tv were in Spanish. But, I didn’t really care, I wasn’t there to watch tv! The internet was sporadic at best in the rooms, but if you went down to the front office and asked, they would give you the p/w to the higher speed internet that worked in the lobby. Breakfast was included, but it was worth finding other places to enjoy local tastes.

room- was comfortable, quiet and spacious.. Location--right on main road.. and easy to take Ruta del Desierto bus from airport to in front of hotel.

breakfast ..just mediocre.-okay , nothing special.. . but the fact they have breakfast is good.. and one can just have tea, coffee or fruit... etc..its not a big buffet like in more expensive hotels, but good service. etc. and one eats next to pool area..

Good spot for the price. Nothing fancy, but certainly happy with the value for cost. Quick walk to the beach, to restaurants, and to shopping/attractions. I'd stay again!

Location was perfect for us since we are not partyers. Everything was close by and even the clubs were within walking distance. The beach was close enough for us to walk. The restaurants were everywhere and we did not have a bad one.Our most expensive was Alexanders at the Marina. Very elegant presentations but a little pricey. We did not have a bad meal in 10 days. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. It's worth the extra $3 per person when booking. If you go listen to one of the beachfront vacation blurbs, you can use their facilities for your entire stay. Just don't buy!!!!!

The room was large but bland. A little more decor would have spruced it up. There is traffic noise especially with the windows open at night. But, that didn't bother us. We would stay there again. A few more hangers would have been great and a bureau or drawers to keep your clothes.
