SEM9 Senai "Formerly Known As Perth Hotel"

Smooth check in. No hassle. Convenient to airport, 5mins walk. Surrounded by convenience stores,eateries,beautiful mosque. Clean hotel room basic room with basic necessities. Good water pressure. I like that it's near convenience shop. 100rm deposit is required and will be return upon checking out.

We were there for transit before our morning flight, no issues with anything.

Fast and easy check in and check out; adequate and tasty breakfast; nice and cozy room; comfortable bed and pillow; clean room; adequate space in the room; strong water pressure and water receded quickly; close to shops and restaurants; walking distance to the airport

Perhaps a roof at the parking lots in front of the hotel, to shelter from rain when arriving or departing would be good.

Fast and efficient front of office that was able to assist our last min check in after prematurely leaving another resort. The room we took, although just the classic range, superceded our expectation.

Would be nice to include a small fridge as location is away from town hence visitors usually need to chill our drinks that we buy in bulk per se.. breakfast service has lotsa room for improvement and those will bring up the ratings of this hotel

The location is walking distance from Senai Airport. There are a lot of eateries nearby. The hotel is properly maintained. I have stayed in this hotel for the past few years and they managed to maintained the property quite well.

Too near to airport, no taxi or Grab wants to pick up. :) Even with walking distance, it would be hard to move with heavy luggage. Maybe can arrange pickup services from hotel with some charges? It's good to have. Nice hotel anyway! Ohh ya, all shops e.g. McD, 7-11 and all eateries closed at 12am. Maybe due to the pandemic.

Nearby to airport, friendly counter receptionist, room is kept clean and replenished daily basis, and ideally located near to Senai industrial area.

WIFI weak in some rooms; I was offered a new room when I complain the issue. Inconsistency in WIFI connection, keep having disconnection issue. USB charging point at the small table next to bed is not functioning.

Check in was quick; room was nice and clean; shower was strong; decent TV channels; good breakfast though choices may be limited; parking in front of hotel; plenty of restaurants and convenience store within vicinity. Next to Senai airport

Nothing much - you have to take ironing board and iron from the corridor - it is shared among the rooms on each floor.

Very nearby Senai Airport, walking distance and industrial area. Easy access to convenience shops (7-11, Family Mart, CU, local shops, etc.) and restaurants/fast food. Easy to get Grab taxi and hotel provides simple (boring) breakfast. Internet access is good, WIFI stable connection. Hotel provide free shuttle to airport but up to 6pm only.

Limited TV channels, and less choice breakfast buffet.

Especially the coffee and chicken curry 5. Got McD, CU Mart, Family Mart, 7 Eleven and a few local restaurant in vicinity 6. The lobby feel very cosy with the TV, lighting and sofa

Walking distance from the hotel. friendly staff who help me getting a Grab for my next appointment. Comfortable and very clean bed. Nearby there are restaurant and Familymart outlet which is very convenience as I could grab my dinner there.

the breakfast was ok but the nasi goreng and mee goreng were salty.

This is the airport I go to when I'm flying from PG to JB before entering SG. Room is clean and nice. Breakfast is not served but anyway there are plenty of eateries next to the hotel. McD is also just behind the hotel. Please take note that most shops closed at 12am, including McD :)

No shuttle service available from Senai Airport to the airport. Usually hard to get a GRAB because the distance is quite near.
