Impiana Hotel Senai

I like the location as it's near to the Johor Premium Outlet, which is only btwn 10-15mins drive. I really think the hotel should consider providing a shuttle to the Outlets to attract more people staying at the hotel.

The restaurant closed at night, probably due to shortage of staff. The breakfast buffet wasn't that great but acceptable. They don't have shuttle service from hotel to airport but they provided free shuttle from airport to the hotel.

The staff are so polite and professional. The room was very clean and well maintained. The distance from the airport to the hotel is very convenient. It felt safe to stay at this hotel. This is my second time here and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

we love the beverage (especially the Teh Tarik) and food (the Raya cookies) served on 1 Syawal at the lobby..we were surprised by the nice gesture by the hotel management..thanks so much!

some water collected on the floor near the shower door as the floor is not levelled..even after the housekeeping personnel washed the shower room's floor, there was a puddle of water in the same area..

I like the buffet breakfast eventhough there is a little bit confusion with the no. Of people. Should be 2 pax for breakfast but the receptionist juz key in 1 person. But the staff took the action fast n everything when smooth.

Just receive 1 key card. It is more pleasant if we can get 2 key card. Especially when my husband go down for smoking. I need to fetch him at level 2 with my bby coz lift need to scan the key card to go to level 5.

This hotel situated near to main road. Accessibility of to this hotel is a top one... Near to KFC..

The toilet is all good but little trouble with shower due to the water cannot clear in time. Maybe it drainage system already chock up.. Overall is all good..

Spacious room, good bathroom Not related to the property, but an employee named Amean was in particular very good, very friendly and very helpful and elevated our experience

Electrical sockets weren’t very good, and a USB socket we couldn’t insert anything

Probably close to my 10th stay at Impiana Senai. As always, a comfortable stay.

I guess the years are starting to show as I found a particular insect, a few of them, in the toilet. Nothing some pest control cannot fix. But the bar closing at 9:30pm is also not ideal.

Breakfast was great! Decent amount of selection. Bed was also comfortable

Parked near the lobby which felt safer than the parking lot located below the hotel. Luckily there were space

Friendly staff in general, cozy room and water pressure in shower definitely made my day. F&B offerings / variety was sufficient but perhaps a bit more variety for breakfast. Parking right in front of the hotel entrance!

It could be an exception stay if it wasn't for physical distancing non-adherence at the swimming pool. We were asked to reserve a time slot to utilize the pool, with a capacity of 7 pax at any given time. In reality, guests actually came to the pool without any reservation and the hotel had insufficient staff to be positioned at the pool area, to check on those with or without reservation. The pool was high on our agenda but because of this, not sure if we would return again.
