KIP Hotel

Overall very good exerience: - The room was spacious, modern & quiet, and it was exactly like the pictures. - Cleaned every day without asking. - The wifi connection was very good (this is vital for me since I work online). - It is true that the area is very far away from the city center, but this is not a problem for me. It is a quet area with places to eat around (Lotus mall and some local eateries). - Big beautiful swimming pool.

- The main multi-function machine in the gym was broken and they don't seem to care at all, since it stayed like this for the entire week I stayed. If this minor issue was solved I would give 10/10. - The room key card would demagnetize and have problems, and I had to ask in the reception to re-activate it again and again (which they did right away). I don't know if this is the hotel's fault, since I put my room card next to the cell phone in my pocket and maybe this is the reason why it stops working... However, I would still recommend this place with no doubt!

there's dedicated parking for hotel guest at level 2, 3 and 4. free entry. each level has about 20-25 parking space. room was clean and spacious. a 7-11 is available within hotel building.

only level 2 lift lobby was neat. level 3 lift lobby was full with their mineral water boxes, lighting was poor too. so it gets dark. parking spaces not fully lighted. would felt safer for solo travellers if its well lit. breakfast choice was limited. nasi lemak is only basic nasi lemak without any dish. perhaps the hotel could provide better breakfast based on how many guest opt for breakfast.

The 3 receptionist staff were very good, polite, and deliver good customer service The room was big, clean, and we got a beautiful view of KL😎😎 The toilet door is a sliding door mirror, quite rare There's a swimming pool too, very comfortable to swim The TV channels provided were awesome, we are able to watch The Equalizer 3 and Transformers 1 in channels Cinemax and AXN😭😭 There's tea, coffee, sugar, 2 water bottles, a small refrigerator, lots of hangers 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Air conditioner is cold enough 😎👍 Lots of plugs for you to charge

the view and the location

not friendly pool for kids. more kids love pool. so i think the property need to prepare pool for kids

Nice big and clean rooms with nice views. Good for family travel. Nice pool and a small gym. Housekeeping crews were great and give their all-out despite hiccups by front desk.

bad communication between front desk and housekeeping. Came back to hotel at 10pm after a tiring outing and sight-seeing but extra bed that was requested was not send to the room. Waited until almost midnight to get room cleaned and tidied. More worth to get a room than asked for an extra bed.

The room is huge & comfortable. The view is good (can see the Merdeka tower from our room), the location is near to convenience stores, stalls for breakfast & the parking is free & accessible.

Need at least 2 chairs for more convenience. The corridor should have at least been more 'fun' & nature-like. My suggestion, put plants or relevant decorations so that the corridor won't look too 'scary' at night.

Accommodated last minute room cancellation request with no charges. We chose the property because of a close proximity to Batu Caves as part of our pilgrimage visit. Excellent access and car park at Level 3 to direct lift lobby access.

Bed side lamps are so close to the headboard and pillows. while sleeping with arms crossed over head, and when fold out it can hit the lamps, not a good a design. Anyway small matter.

It is quite difficult to rate my stay as I have spent like 20 minutes there before having a very serious heart issue. What I can rate is the professionalism and the care of the staff while I was nearly dying. They helped me out and the hotel manager drove me to the hospital when the arrival of the ambulance took too long. They might have just saved my life by being caring and swift. Thank you 🙏

Quite easy to locate this hotel, and the staff super friendly.

I don’t like the smell when we enter our room, probably your staff just finished cleaning the room, the smell is quite humid. Hope can spray air freshener next time. And the iron board, hopefully the hotel can provide the proper iron board, not long table like that. Thats all.
